Looking for a fine dining experience in Amsterdam? At Singel 101, you’ll dine in a beautiful 17th-century canal house in the heart of the city. This family-owned restaurant, run by three sisters, offers an intimate and personal atmosphere where food, family and hospitality come together.

Choose from a 3-, 4- or 5-course chef’s choice menu, starting at €37.50. Each dish is crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients and full of flavor, creativity and care.

Our host Julia welcomes you like a longtime friend – with genuine warmth and attention to every detail. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a local hidden gem, or just a special night out, you’ll feel right at home at Singel 101.

Welcome to Singel 101. Our family is all about good food and great ambiance and we invite you to join us. Our chef likes to create an explosion of flavours and surprise us with daily new creations, which is why we are not bound to a fixed menu.           We had a great meal with lovely ambience. Small intimate establishment where there were as many or more local patrons than tourists. Highly recommend.

          The restaurant is a little gem. I was a bit worried as it was a set menu based on chefs inspiration, but all courses were delicious. Great presentation and attention to details, good wine list. Prices are reasonable, strongly recommend !

          When in Amsterdam you will not find any better food for a great price and the most delightful staff you will have ever met. The next time we were here, this will be the first place we go for dinner. I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience this was!
