   The service was excellent but noise level and food disappointing. There is supposedly a “dress code” but was a joke. Cocktails and music good.

   My husband and I came here for our 18th Anniversary, we had been talking of checking it out for several years! It was the PERFECT PLACE to celebrate!🥰 ALL of the staff were wonderful to us! They comped us each 2 glasses of champagne & dessert as well 😁☺️ For our appetizer we tried the calamari, it was so amazing we ate it all 🤤! My husband ordered the steak 🥩 filet with lump crab 🦀 topping & I ordered the seared scallops. Both were amazing! For dessert we ordered the Cannoli, WOW!🤩 If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or just want a classy place to enjoy the evening in Nashville you simply MUST try this place !!!🥰😉

   Great service by April and Akeen! Calamari and Hamachi Crudo are a must order. Bein Green and the Night and Day are incredible cocktails. Ryan and Jay brought the house down as usual. Absolutely wonderful dining experience

   Very nice restaurant! Had the bolognaise and a Caesar and both were amazing. We sat at the bar and had great staff that took great care of us. The only downside...only two, co-ed bathrooms. It made for too long of a wait to use the restroom. Would recommend this restaurant!

   We had a delightful anniversary dinner. Starting my with the hostess Victoria we were seated and she kindly took a lovely picture of us. Avie our servers timing was perfect and his recommendations excellent. Music was wonderful!

   The hosts and waiters were fantastic and the food was incredible. The live music really makes the whole experience.

   If it wasn’t for the wait staff I would have wrote an amazingly positive review. The staff- awful we couldn’t get a drink or a refill on cocktails It took them forever to come over. We were not a priority. The hostess at the front desk was just rude. She was not friendly at all. They asked us our name a few times. They were not friendly or welcoming at all. I seriously considered leaving.. they were rude but I had my 75 year old mother with me so we stayed. Food was great and the piano player singer was wonderfull.

   Be aware you have a 2 hour limit at your table. We were unaware there was a time limit. At the 2 hour mark, we were asked to leave our table for the next party to be seated. That completely ruined the otherwise delightful experience, especially after a $300 meal for 2. There are way too many other options to be rushed thru an expensive dining experience.

    This is a really frustrating review to write… this was our second visit to Sinatra‘s. The first time we came, we absolutely LOVED it and could not wait for a return trip to Nashville to dine there again. But, this will probably be our last visit. It’s a very nice restaurant and, I have to say, the food was really delicious. But, we were so disappointed with our table and overall dining experience. We were literally stuck up in an almost hidden balcony area, in a back corner, next to a stairway and a wall. We could not really see or hear the entertainment. And it was just overall very loud, claustrophobic, and disappointing. There could NOT be a worst table in the entire restaurant.  It’s frustrating to me that management would even seat a patron in such a spot. We paid the same amount for an ‘experience’ as everyone else in the restaurant (which was NOT a cheap meal…300+$) but we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Our server was gracious, and overall did a good job. When we expressed our frustration with the seating situation, he apologized and acknowledged it was really horrible. He said they’d begged management to remove the table all together because it was so undesirable. But it was needed to ‘get enough seating into the restaurant. There are so many great restaurants in Nashville that make you feel appreciated. I wish I could recommend Sinatra’s like I could on our previous visit. But I just can’t. If you go, make sure you request seating in the main dining area, not in the ‘second class’ balcony area that feels reserved for the non-elite scrubs who don’t know any better than to request elsewhere. We definitely abided by the dress code..but we weren’t dressed as ‘fancy’ as some…maybe that’s why we were relegated to the peasant seating. I don’t know, but I don’t think we will be back. It’s sad that management obviously prioritizes stuffing in one extra table over providing a consistently stellar dining experience for every patron.
