Every Night. Every Occasion. Make it a Simply Fondue night.
I had take a lovely lady on our first date. She had never been before so I wanted it to be amazing and it was even better than I could imagine. Both the waiter and the manager were super nice! I would definitely be coming back to this location!
Fantastic service from Sarah. Great food and drinks.
Hands down best birthday celebration to date. The restaurant is beautiful, equisit lighting and romantic music. We enjoyed the four course aka the Simply Fondue Classic. All four courses were exceptionally good. Service exceeded expectations. Thank you for an amazing birthday.
If you haven't experienced Simply Fondue then you're missing out. We had an awesome time. The concept is one of a kind, fun, interactive and exciting. Every staff member was helpful and curtious. You could tell that they enjoyed working for the company and took pride in their jobs. They all worked as a team. We were very impressed. We look forward to future visits.
Perfect place for a celebration! Its more than just going out to eat. The restaurant creates a memorable experience for you and your guests. The hostess wished us a happy anniversary upon arrival. Our server surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast for the occasion. Far exceeded our expectations.
Simply fantastic! Service was top notch, well versed on food and drink menus & very charismatic. Menu offers variety so there's something for every pallet. Chocolate is the grand finale and its the perfect way to end the experience. Well done Simply Fondue.
We came here for a date night this weekend, and it was awesome. We had an energetic server, and the entire staff made sure that we understood the process. We'll definitely be back.
My roommate took me here for my birthday dinner, I’ve been a few times but it was his first time. We both enjoyed the experience. Food was awesome and very filling.
Our first experience was for our anniversary last year, and we liked it so much we went again this year for our anniversary. We were quite pleased both times, and look forward to going again. We recommend it.
We chose Simply Fondue to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice! From the moment we arrived (a little early for our reservation), we were struck by the fantastic ambience of the place. The lighting, the decor, and the incredible smells all combined to let us know we had picked the right place.
Since we were early, we sat at the bar just long enough to have amazing cocktails. Our bartender (whose name I didn't get) clearly takes his craft seriously, and made us some superb drinks (my Classic Mint Julep was a real standout). He took the time he needed, and made sure that everything, from the proportions to the presentation was up to the highest standards. Off to a good start.
We were soon seated, and our waiter, Bryce, introduced himself. Now we knew we had picked a winner, as Bryce was funny, helpful, and personable, always there when we needed him but never intrusive. He went out of his way to really make our evening special, and when we told him we weren't in any hurry and we wanted to take our time over dinner, he paced things perfectly so that we were never without food, but never felt rushed. He was also very helpful in explaining everything to us, and seeing to it that we had everything we needed. All in all, he was awesome, and if (when) you go there, definitely ask for Bryce!
The food, of course, was terrific. We had the traditional 4-course meal, with a cheese fondue appetizer, a salad, an oil fondue entree, and chocolate fondue for desert. Although we virtually had to be rolled home, it was totally worth it, as all the food was fresh and tasty, with just enough for the four of us (Bryce told us that they took their portion sizes very seriously so as to avoid waste, which I though was great. Eco-consciousness in this day and age is never a bad thing). A truly great experience from beginning to end, I can't say enough about it other than go!
Great food and fantastic service. Truly a great evening.
Food was just OK. Had the wedge salad and it was small and less than fresh. The meat and veggies were fresh but the preparations were average. The sauces were just ok and the cooking broth had no flavor. The server was new and tried hard but service was slow on a Monday night. Overall average.
Perfect spot for a date night. The restaurant has a romantic vibe, dim lighting, candles at every table and cozy semi personal booths. Great drink menu with craft cocktails, local beers, martinis and good wines. Cheese and entrees were excellent and chocolate was awesome. Service was on point.
Simply Fondue was simply fantastic! Jose, our server was friendly and humorous. He made the night one to remember. Cheese Fondues were amazing, entrees fabulous and chocolate fondues....AMAZING!!!
We had a lovely time at Simply Fondue. Food and service were outstanding! Nice wine selection and craft cocktail menu.
Awesome experience! Our server, Wendy was fantastic! Every course was beautifully presented and very satisfying. The martini my wife ordered came garnished with an organic edible orchid flower....how cool.
Wonderful experience, from start to finish. Staff was engaging and the food was fabulous. We will be back soon.
Service was top notch, very accommodating and attentive. Food & drink menu offered variety. The restaurant has a romantic atmosphere.
Great food, great service.
We received a warm welcome by the greeter/server at the front desk, who exuberantly acknowledged our daughter's birthday. However, the restaurant was empty on a Thursday night after 7:00, which felt strange, and our assigned server spoke much too quickly and softly for us to understand her, while rap music played loudly overhead. This was a put-off for a family of four dining out in honor of our daughter's birthday. Yet, the beverage selection almost made up for our disappointment! It was extensive, including a nice wine list. My husband had a local beer; I chose the "chocolatini," which was FABULOUS!
Our cheese fondue (we had the Swiss) was delicious served with a vegetable crudite and apples. The wheat bread was not particularly good. Day old french bread would have been better and more authentic. The salad selection was excellent. We all chose either the spinach & strawberry salad, which came with the perfect apple cider vinaigrette, or the wedge salad, which was equally wonderful and very rich.
The selection of meats was impressive, including chicken and beef tenderloin with various seasonings, sausage, and seafood. Three ways of preparation were offered. We chose the traditional hot oil. This was a mistake, as we were left in the dark as to how long to leave each protein in the oil and ended up with either overcooked or undercooked chicken, beef, shrimp and scallops, mainly wasted. Our server gave us light speed instructions and then returned to check on us before we had had the chance to try it.
For dessert, there were chocolate fondues of many varieties. For the four of us, we selected two types, in addition to a surprise pot of milk chocolate fondue with sprinkles for the birthday girl. These were served with fresh fruit, marshmallows, rice krispy treats and brownie bites for dipping. It was all a nice treat, but not earth-shattering.
Next time, we'll choose a different way to prepare our protein selections and come on a Friday or Saturday night!
Simply Fondue is a uniquely designed restaurant. What I love most about it is that it’s a fun, interactive dinning experience. We always have the Classic, Simply Fondue’s four courses. The cheeses are outstanding and are accompanied by 3 artisan breads, a variety of fresh veggies and green apples. The salad selection is excellent, entrees offer lots of variety and the chocolates are simply amazing! The staff is the icing on top of the cake. Everyone is personable and professional.
My wife and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Simply Fondue. We had an amazing night. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for the spectacular experience.
Simply Fondue was an excellent choice for a celebration. My wife and I enjoyed a lovely four courses. Bryce made the night even more memorable with his exceptional service and personality.
We arrived for our reservation and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. Our server, Bryce was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every course was delicious and well crafted.
If you haven’t tried Simply Fondue then you’re missing out. My family has celebrated many birthdays and special occasions here. We always have a great experience.
Simply Fondue was so much fun! The food was amazing and the service outstanding.
Simply Fondue Dallas was an awesome experience! The entire staff was professional, helpful and enthusiastic. The food was fantastically delicious. The drink menu has a great wine selection, signiture martinis, craft cocktails and local beers. It has a romantic ambiance with beautiful lighting and original artwork.
My wife and I had a wonderful dinning experience at Simply Fondue. We both ordered the the Simply Fondue Classic, the four course dinner. 1st course was the cheese fondue, we selected the aged cheddar, it was phenomenal. Our fondue chef, Timothy prepared the cheese at the table. My wife enjoyed the spinach & strawberry salad and I opted for the bacon wedge. Both salads were made with house dressings that were very tasty. We each selected 3 proteins for our entrees that were accompanied by 3 cheese raviolis and a variety of fresh organic vegetables. Timothy clearly and concisely instructed us on how to cook our entrees. We enjoyed the interactive cooking experience. The 4th course is chocolate fondue, they had 17 different chocolates to choose from. The menu has dutch milk chocolates, satin white chocolates and dark chocolates. We enjoyed the Raspberry Cabernet dark chocolate, it was divine. Timothy surprised us with a complimentary birthday chocolate for my wife's special day. Service-10, Cuisine-10, Drink Menu & Wine Selection-10, Ambiance-10!!! Thank you Simply Fondue Dallas for making my wife's birthday truly amazing.
Waited an hour past our reservation time before we were even seated, even though half the restaurant was empty.
The restaurant was understaffed, creating a lengthy wait in a crowded bar. There did not seem like a manager present who was organizing the evening. We sat at the bar for over 40 minutes coming to find out our table was given away because we did not answer to a very quiet call of our names. While we enjoy a casual dining experience, three hours, actually 3 1/2 hours was way too long.
The meal was excellent from the aged cheddar, three entrees, and delicious salted Carmel chocolate. The staff was friendly and attentive!
It was an enjoyable experience! We did the full meal! Would recommend
We love this place! The food is great, service is wonderful and the place is cozy! We loving dates nights here!
Very disappointed. The quality of the food was not worth the price. The drinks were over priced. $12 for a small margarita. The vegetables were not fresh, and we questioned the freshness of the tuna and scallops. There was only one heating element on our table for four. There was a very long transition time between each course. Our heating element turned off twice delaying the oil to heat to the correct temperature to cook. We were there for four hours. Plan to give up your entire evening if you go to this restaurant. We won’t go back.
The food and server were great! We had to wait quite awhile to get our food. It was very smoky inside.
We had the 4 course dinner. Started at 6 and didn’t leave until 9:45. WAY too much time spent t waiting between courses for the pans to heat up.
There were four of us sitting at a booth that had two burners. Why not use both burners? We had 8 forks in the hot oil which was way too crowded and too slow.
Food was good and we enjoyed our time. Only problem was our food took forever. Arrived at 7pm and didn’t finish until just before 10pm.
We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and we were very disappointed. We were there for over 3 hours and only saw our waiter about 3-4 times. Waited 45 minutes for our drinks. The waiters assistant Kye or Tye was FANTASTIC. I am not one to complain to management but it took everything in me not to call the manager over. It was a Monday night, and was not busy at all! I would not recommend this place.
Jose was an awesome waiter tonight! He was so knowledgeable and helpful! We were 1st timers and he guided us through the whole experience. 5 stars!!
