This month, we welcome Chef Gareth from Fat Rabbit - Growing up in Niagara, Gareth holds an appreciation for the relationship between local farmers and restaurants. With years of experience in the restaurant industry, G continues to build that relationship with local farmers as he expands his knowledge and skills as a chef.
