One of the best hidden gems in Atlanta. I try to tell as many people as possible about this spot. The food is amazing, and you get the best bang for your buck here. Great for brunch, lunch or dinner!
The buffet selection was very limited, food and plates kept running out. Disappointed, restaurant was not ready for the amount of customers. Will probably not be back for brunch.
So I’ve been to Simons Twice before the Mother’s Day Brunch and i must say, they should never do brunch again. On a normal day , the restaurant is Great & the food is amazing. But for the brunch, i don’t think they were prepared. The food came out slow, it was never fully replenished at one time. We had to keep asking for plates, they needed more food every 5 minutes, the area for the food was so small and dark, and it just wasn’t professional. If you’re going to host a BUFFET, food should always be in circulation . We had to ask when food was coming out. I’ll return, just not for the buffet
I absolutely, love Simon's, however, I obviously, never visited for brunch in which I took the opportunity to go for my Birthday. Bad idea. I will never visit during their brunch time as the menu is unappealing(to me), extremely, small & limited in size and for once here I wasn't satisfied with the overall taste. I'm a foodie and I was just disappointed this time. I do not mind paying for food, good food, but the small plate and 1 martini that I was tempted to ask for lemons & simple syrup myself just to make it drinkable. I did not receive a $40 meal here I can promise you. I really love this place and hate to give this kind of review, but it was my Birthday and I've chosen Simon's for the 2nd year now to celebrate it, but was disappointed. I will definitely, return because I honestly, adore this place. I just believe their dinner menu is better. Thanks and I still support you, but this was just important to me.
My friends and I enjoyed our visit. Our food was good and the scenery was very nice. Our waitress did an excellent job at serving us and our food tasted amazing! Absolutely amazing!
Lots of things on the menu either weren’t available (Heineken) or were different on the plate (mashed potatoes were actually grits). The waitress also didn’t seem to know a lot about the menu.
It was nice but we were expecting more of a dinner menu on Easter Sunday than a brunch menu. Was a little disappointed there was no dinner menu on Easter sunday.
Our chicken wings were not done all the way. Everything else was good.
Wonderful! Best shrimp tacos ever. Excellent customer service. All-around great experience!
Fantastic restaurant food is great! Priced right! The executive chef came out and made sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely recommend!
Pretty nice dinner with very good service. Very empty for a Saturday evening pre-theater dinner. Limited children’s menu with only one dessert option. Menu not kid friendly. Nice wine list.
The service was excellent. Wish everything on the menu was available.
Walked through front door and had a bad sewage smell upon entering. Decor was nice on inside. Service could've ran a bit smoother but the staff was friendly and nice. They need to work on timing. Drink orders and food orders took way too long in between. The food was good but nothing to brag about.
Food was pretty awful, I was very surprised as the ambiance was really nice.
Went for dinner on prom night such good food and great service!!!!
Celebrated my dad's birthday at brunch at Simon's. The host was very nice and accommodating by finding a place for the birthday cake and storing the balloons. Our waitress was very nice and provided us with excellent service as well. The food was amazing, per usual! And the pitcher of mimosa was excellent. I can't wait to come back during their dinner service.
I enjoyed the food. It came out quickly and the drinks were good. Oh, and let's not even talk about those sweet potato muffins; they are to die for!!
Had reservations for party of 7. First two of our party we arrived. The restaurant was so loud that you were not able to hear each other talk while standing next to each other. Saw they were setting a table for 7 and I indicated that if that was our table we were not going to sit there. Next to our table was the loudest group ever. Most of the tables people were loud. Terrible acoustics. I asked if we could sit on the second floor but they said it was not open. Must be they were short of help or just did not have the volume of patrons to open it up. They said they would set another table in this small alcove. It was only 20 feet away from the main area. I indicated this was just as loud as the first table they wanted to give. We both said no way and we indicated to the hostess we were leaving and walked out. So we are not able to giving rating on food or service. Would not recommend to anyone. There seem to be many restaurants within walking distance. We were able to walk in to another establishment and had a wonderful experience.
Great food! Never disappoints!
I love Simons. The decor is amazing. The food is great and the staff is amazing. I will be having my 30th birthday brunch here
We set in between a drunk couple and a table of 9. The service was slow and the manager was not able to get the drunk couple under control. I recommend the restaurant have a limit on the brunch drinks or at least have a policy not to continue to serve impaired customers.
The energy was great, ambiance was perfect and the amazing as always
I absolutely love the ambiance here. I'll definitely return again soon. Can't wait to experience the brunch.
I wouldn't recommend for a large party. Our food took forever to come out and once It did it was cold.
It was bad...very bad. Never again.
The food was absolutely amazing. My mentor and I both cleaned our plates, including the appetizer. I haven’t had grits that delicious in a long time. The cocktails are simple yet very tasty and strong, so don’t get too carried away. Glad I finally made my way here
This place is so adorable. I absolutely love the decor, the ambiance, everything!!! It’s perfect!!! The service was great and the food was soooooo good! You can definitely tell it was made fresh.
Great food and service! Enjoyed it very much
Excellent food, drinks on point, service was great!
In regards to our service, the waitress was extremely slow, absentminded, and inattentive. After waiting 25 minutes on our drinks, I decided to go to the bar to request my drinks, since it was clear she wasn't going to get it. The appetizers were decent, but the main course was SALTY.
Mediocre food. Very poor service. They also added a 20% gratuity. Just a matter of time before this place shuts down.
The chicken sandwich was really good!! I would definitely visit this restaurant again!!
I had a birthday brunch party with 14 friends this past Sunday. The snapper and grits is awesome! Others ordered the steak and eggs, French toast, chicken and waffles, pancakes and they all enjoyed their dishes. The ambiance is nice and the music is good (not too loud). service was also good. The service was good. Staff was very accommodating. Overall great time. I will be back.
Best Playlist Ever. Staff is great. Drinks are good! Food is amazing!
I felt like we are eating at TGI Fridays but in the middle of midtown. Food and service were what you would expect from a mall restaurant. Many other options in midtown and I would seek those out.
I came to Simon's on January 5th for my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing, the ambiance, the music, the service, and especially the food. So much so that I was looking forward to returning and trying the dishes that my friends ordered. I returned on Sunday, January 27 and did not have the same experience. For some reason the food took at least 45 minutes to get to our table and when we got it the grits were cold, the presentation and flavor were definitely not the same as before. I was completely saddened by this because I was expecting the same great food that I had before. I'm not sure what changed, but I hope you fix it.
The food was delicious and ambiance was good. The waitress was nice but not very attentive as in she didn't come check on us during our meal. But as I watched other tables they seemed to receive the same type of service. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Simon’s is by far my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. It’s so cozy and the staff is wonderful! The food is absolutely amazing! You won’t be disappointed.
Very cute venue. Love the decor and the ambiance! The server was friendly. The food was good. Unfortunately the wait time to get your food order and drink order took FOREVER!! Which I can’t see how because the venue is not that big and it wasn’t that crowded. Could be the workers socializing with one another or sitting off in the corner under the stairs.
Also the host walked around cleaning the tables in the dining area with Fabuloso, that was not diluted , which means it was very strong in the space. Yay for wanting to be clean, boo for making my entire dinner party guest nose at attention.
I wanted to really like this place but it was jus okay for me (3/5).
Oh, parking is a pain!! Valet fills up quickly and the parking garage next door is small. Street parking is sketchy.
