This is legitimately the best Thai / Sushi establishment I’ve ever had . The ambience was just aesthetically pleasing & it was clean and very quiet when my sister and I went (around 4:30 on a Saturday ). The service was amazing & the food was absolutely delectable . I will ALWAYS make my way to Siloam despite how far I live .
Really loved this place. It may become my family's go to asian food night, because we sometimes can't choose between thai and sushi and now we don't have to. The decor is nice, ambiance is beautiful. Service was great.
attentive , fast service. all food was out fast and fresh. no problems ordering. amazing lighting. went on a tuesday evening around 6pm and it was just great. everything was worth what i paid. enough space to be secluded but still not awkwardly alone. 100% recommend !
Delicious sushi and drinks! Will definitely be coming back!
I love this place. I had my birthday here in May. It’s a good medium if you like sushi and Thai. The sushi was fresh even at 10:30 pm. It’s hard to find great sushi in Atlanta but, I think I found my place. They have a full bar as well! I certainly recommend Silom and will be back.
It's possible we just expected too much from Silom – we expected a medium-upscale sushi restaurant with some Thai crossover. Silom is not that – it's got more of a pop/hangout vibe and the sushi can't really be recommended. Some of the Thai/hibatchi dishes looked good and the place smelled great. Fine for a casual dinner but not quite what we hoped for.
Since we all love sushi we decided this would be a great place for a sushi birthday lunch. Parking was easy. Much like many establishments, they are short-staffed. We were seated and given menus. Eventually one of the waitresses came back to our table to take our orders. We just so happened to have ordered three of the excellent Lychee Martinis with the bartender. We ordered a main plate, miso soup, and Thai fried rice. One with chicken and one with shrimp, along with two different sushi rolls. One Philly roll for the sushi rookie and the popular One Night in Bangkok Roll. My miso soup arrived without the proper spoon. I knew they had them since the neighboring table has received the same item with the spoon placed on top. I asked for a spoon. My request appeared to have caught her by surprise. The majority of our food arrives. I have eaten sushi on various continents. The is the first time that two separate orders were put on the same plate unsolicited. It was not a romantic setting nor a date. When I asked about it our waitress was once again surprised that a mistake had been made and even more perplexed that I asked her to fix it. Normally in sushi restaurants, chopsticks are either placed on the table as part of the setting or offered with the meal. Not at this sushi restaurant. We had to ask our waitress for chopsticks. I am still not sure why she would conclude that we didn't need them. Needless to say, this was a very lackluster experience and will probably not go back unless we sit at the bar In addition I did not receive my order of Thai fried rice with shrimp. We did observe the bartender being very attentive to his guest, considering the fact that I had to order the second round of drinks with him since our waitress choose not to be as attentive to us as she was with the other guest.
Took my man here the other week! And safe to say we're coming back. The food was soo good, really delicious and has to be my new favorite Thai spot in Atlanta. The location is in Buckhead and there's free parking in the back. The staff was nice and pleasant. Our waitress was really patient without while we decide on what to order. We needed it ordering so much food. Overall I truly enjoyed my time here and can't wait to come back.
I love their Yellow tail Carpaccio and Lychee martinis omg!! Definitely recommend
Loved the ambiance of this place. Went early to beat any crowds. Ordered a simple Curry dish. Dish came without all the ingredients. Was missing the potatos. Server laughed it off. Did not offer to correct it.
Will I go back, yes. I enjoyed my meal even without the potatoes.
Excellent service. Delicious food. Pleasant atmosphere.
I ordered an old fashion and it was perfectly made. I also ordered the drunken noodle with chicken for the first time and it was delish! It was not my first time here and I will definitely be back again.
The food was amazing. Every single dish was soooooo good. Definitely recommend it 100%
This was my first time here, and we were very impressed with the restaurant, selections, and quality of the food. Everything was fresh and tasted great. We had a bit of a slow service, but it was bearable because the place was so nice to just relax in and have a good chat.
My first and last time coming here. Service was slow and the food was just okay.
Nice. Enjoy it very much.
Great service, fresh sushi .Chef willing to change up the items to suit our taste. Will return again for ramen.
Great service an amazing sushi really good location to
The welcoming environment and service made us feel comfortable. The food was flavorful and an enjoyable part of our conversation. Great evening with my daughters.
We were visiting my daughter, who goes to Georgia Tech. The food was excellent, hot fresh and very delicious. The wait staff was a little slow in getting us refills on our water, but overall the place was great. I would definitely recommend, not a cheap place but good if you want to splurge.
This was our first time at this restaurant and eating Thai food. The experience was amazing, the food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely come back.
Drunken noodles were some of the best we ever had. Also had the Atlanta United sushi. It was very well presented, super fresh and deliscious. Definately coming back.
The pad thai was great
Nice meal and very handy location across the street from the JW Marriott in Buckhead
Service was excellent. Place was very clean and quiet. Food came out in decent time and was hot and delicious. Will be returning soon.
We were in town to for one night. Silom Thai was right across the street from our hotel. The food was amazing!! Everything we ordered was delicious and the staff was friendly, very knowledgable abut the menu and very professional.
An amazing experience!
Sushi was not fresh. Service fell off halfway through meal. Entrees came out Luke warm at best.
The food was very good! The Tom Yum soup the nest I’ve had. Enjoyed it very much Green Curry Chicken was spicy and tasty just how I like it!
Amazing food, fresh and great quality. The noise level was high, but we could still talk since we sat on the same side of the table. Parking is EASY which is nice. No parking garage or walking required. Will definitely be back and get it carryout often.
The food was incredible - very authentic. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience all around!
The food was nothing to be excited about and the service was awful. The waitress messed up multiple times and us and other customers had to stand up and wave down servers to get their attention. It was not even busy in the restaurant. I wanted to love it and was excited about the great reviews however it was not a good experience.
We reserved a table for four last evening. The servers are incredibly attentive and took any special requests in stride. The food was some of the best Thai we all have had. Would definitely recommend.
The food was delicious. The drinks were as well. There are so many options. I look forward to going back and trying more.
Everything was phenomenal! From the food to service, we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience!
We stopped in for a quick birthday dinner. Nice modern decor and spacious layout, very welcoming. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Drinks and food came out quick. Everything was exceptionally tasty and I feel like the value is amazing for the location. They do have some parking, a bit tight but it's right across from Lenox. Excellent location. We'll definitely be back soon.
We had reservations for a Saturday night, and it was empty when we arrived but filled up quickly. Our waitress was friendly, and because we were earlier than the crowd our food arrived quickly. I had three sushi rolls- rainbow, kamikaze, and buck head summer- and my bf Thai beef salad and pad prik with beef. All was good, and we’d come back. Adding it to our list of Thai restaurants in Atlanta.
The sushi could be better, all rolls were pretty bland. The food presentation and quality could improve as well. Server was nice.
We came here for the 7th anniversary of our first date. The food was excellent. We started with calamari which was perfectly flash fried and came with a spicy yum yum sauce. We shared a sashimi dinner and two rolls: rainbow and cobra gold. All were delicious. We will definitely add Silom to our list of sushi places.
