   The fried oysters were fantastic, best I have ever had! Method of aging the steaks works, amazing texture and flavor, combined with seasoning made for perfect steaks. Service was top notch, the team met every need our larger table needed. Great companion to Nonnas!

   Silo prime never disappoints. The east coast oysters as an appetizer were delicious. The NY strip and lobster tail were done to perfection. Andrew our server did a wonderful job. Our favorite steak restaurant downtown located in the historic Fairmont a hotel. The piano music was an added bonus. C

   We started with the fried oysters, and although they were enjoyable, one of them had a small pearl in it, which was a surprising and unexpected discovery. Despite this, we considered it a fortunate occurrence. For our main courses, I ordered the ribeye steak cooked medium rare, but it turned out to be a little tough and a little too lean for a ribeye. My spouse ordered the sea bass, and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. We also ordered the truffle mac and cheese which complemented both dishes quite well. The wine selection was extensive, but we found the options available by the glass to be lacking. It would have been nice to have more variety in that regard. Overall, I would recommend Silo Prime for a dining experience, but I would caution against choosing their grill options if you're expecting a top-notch steak. The service was attentive, the ambiance was clean (despite the varnish smell), and the sea bass was a standout dish.

   The entire staff was professional, but Andrew was outstanding attending to us from beginning to end. He was engaging relative to our selections and observant to determine when to place the next course in front of us. The limited number of guests allowed for quiet conversations and efficient service. All Silo properties are well-managed, and Silo Prime is well worth a repeat visit. The menu selections were outstanding, as usual. Thanks for a delightful experience.

   We celebrated my wife’s Mother’s Day at Silo Prime. She is a very special Mother/ Grandmother so she deserves very special recognition. Silo Prime met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The ambiance, hospitality and food were wonderful. We will return soon.

    Our reservation was last-minute, when we learned of a family member being in town for a meeting. The reservation was very early, but everything and everyone was up and running efficiently. The food was great; despite this being "Silo Prime," we each enjoyed one of the seafood dishes. Our salads were excellent, too. Our waiter, Jesse, was exceptional. He knew every detail about the apps, salads, mains, and sides. He made an excellent recommendation on a wine to complement our meals. The pace of service was perfect. Jesse was attentive, yet not intrusive as we caught up our family member.

    The restaurant is a special place. The ambience is good with live music on the weekends. Our steaks were great as was the fried oysters and spinach. We got drinks from the bar quickly and right. A good experience overall.

    Celebrated our 14th anniversary last night here! Food was phenomenal just as it was a few years ago when we last went!! The steak is literally like cutting into butter. Very delicious! Will be back! Our server, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend having him wait on you! The manager, Wes, is also highly knowledgeable and very friendly!!

    All aspects of our meal were great! The food was excellent. We split French onion soup, a house salad, filet, fries and Brussels sprouts. The drinks were great too. I got 2 Peche Modes (from their sister restaurant). Fantastic bourbon drink! Last is the service. On a night when they were short staffed, the service was fantastic. It took a minute to get started but after that everyone was amazing. No complaints at all.

    Everything we ordered was delicious! We started with the lobster & crab fondue. We loved how there were chunks of lobster and not tiny pieces. House salads were tasty. Salmon was amazing. Skin was so crispy and the plate was picture perfect. Scallops and sea bass were also tasty. The only thing I would complain about is our server. Timing of all the food was novice for what we pay. He accidentally spilled water on one of our plates and had remade what was not eaten. Accidents happen but no apology and anything. Over all we would come back since the food was delicious. Hopefully next time we get someone more experienced to provide the service expected with the caliber of the restaurant.

    Our dining experience was wonderful! My husband and I went on a date with another couple after a show. The ambiance was romantic with soft live music and warm lighting. All the food was served the perfect temperatures and looked appetizing. It tasted even better. We are all looking forward to the next visit.

    The most attentive and pristine service we've had in a restaurant in a long time. Perfectly timed, not pretentious or obtrusive. Every bite of food was delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary. Pianist played. Would return here again and again.
