Great service, excellent food and prepared exquisitely - Would not suggest that customers use " HAPPYPARK" I received a $ 55.00 so called violation- I was seated by the window and new my time was close- I saw a man walking around my car as we were preparing to leave- I ran over to explain and he rudely handed me an envelope with the violation stub- and just said "tough stuff"--- I will be contacting people in Germantown to be careful in choosing a parking location.

Brought a large group of clients here. The ambience was great, service was great, and the food was wonderful. Tourists looking for a good meal and a good time should stay off Broadway and come down to Silo in Germantown.

Another great meal @ SILO - and we loved supporting Dining Out For Life again. We tried many dishes from their new spring menu - pork fries, duck meatballs, vegan tamale (WOW!) - and the BEST carrot cake I have ever had . . . can't wait to return!!

The brunch skillet was delicious and the $5 Bloody Mary was the perfect compliment to the meal. Will definitely be back!

I thought the service and atmosphere were very good. Food was just okay. We thought the pop tarts should have been served warm (and we overheard the table next to us say the same thing) and my omelet wasn’t great. My sister had huevos rancheros which were good. I probably won’t return.

Had reservations for 8pm. It was a busy night so it took a bit for us to be seated. We had a drink at the bar while we waited. We waited about 25 minutes for our table. When we were seated, the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. We decided to do small plates instead of large entrees. We had the Herb and garlic biscuits with pimento cheese butter, the maple pork belly, the skirt steak with pesto and the mesclun salad. All were very good but the stand outs were the pork belly and the biscuits. We had the carrot cake for dessert and it was unique and tasty.

We are looking forward to returning.

Brunch. 2 waitresses. Very slow coming to our table. Food was cold. Coffee, awful and tasted burnt. Way over priced for what what you get. Would have had better experience at Cracker Barrel. Terrible!

Didn't make us feel special with waitstaff for our anniversary dinner. Very loud atmosphere when I asked for quiet area for our table before coming. Very expensive food, small portions for prices of small plates. Had to ask for coffee refills with desserts. Taste of food was okay but nothing really outstanding to remember place for or want to go back. Overrated on reviews. So very disappointed with what was suppose to be a very special occasion with family and friends.

Reservation for 4 @ 1pm. Arrived early, 12:15. Many open tables. Disassociated, apathetic host wouldn't seat us early. Waited at bar. Bartender was okay, didn't seem to want to be there either. Host found a table for us in nearly empty restaurant. Many 4 person tables available. My party of 4 was seated at a long, communal table. Smaller tables remained empty throughout our meal. Waiter got our order wrong. Omelette served cold and returned. Given sausage instead of salsa. Charged for sausage. Told it would be taken off of bill. It wasn't. Hard to find waiter disappeared. Very disappointed on this, and our only, visit.

Great food - the four of us shared several appetizers & desserts. The fries, ricotta turnovers, cheese curd croquettes, smashed potatoes, steak skewer and bacon caramel popcorn were our favorites. Chocolate caramel dessert and the blueberry hibiscus ice cream were great. Loved the cocktail called Thyme after thyme.

The restaurant is beautifully done with a warm inviting atmosphere. Very cool bar and outdoor space with weather permitting. Our server was adorable and quite helpful with suggestions. My husband and I really like to take advantage of tapas or small plates so that you can sample a variety of the menu. The deviled egg trio was creative but not so much that it interferes with the classic taste of a southern devil egg. The fried Brie was suggested and we took it! Probably not the healthiest choice on the menu but who cares....it was delicious! We ended our meal with the fried quail. It was an amazing twist on hot fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Devious and give SILO a try. It won’t disappoint

They gave me a great beer to sample, I loved it, and then when I chose it, they informed me that the keg had run out. Not the end of the world but frustrating as they didn’t have a good substitute, in my opinion.

On a road trip, we stopped for an early dinner at Silo. The meal was fantastic, we especially loved the dumplings, a new item on the menu. The service was beyond outstanding. By the time we had to leave to continue our drive, the place was hopping! Highly recommend.

We bumped into Silo driving around Germantown and booked it on a whim. The food and drinks were great. Prices reasonable. Stay attentive and friendly. Notable are the beef kabobs and the bourbon drink!
I would tell friends visiting Nashville to go here.

First of all the bourbon selection is huge and SILO should get 5 stars just for that! We had a very large group and everyone could sit at the same table which was great and didn't have to order from any prix fixe or special menu. The service was spot-on and the food came out in a timely fashion which was surprising since there was a huge bachelorette party in the other room that was seated before us. The deviled eggs were very creative and the dumplings we delicious. Already made reservations to try their brunch!

Delicious food. Innovative combinations. Many great starters for sharing with great specialty cocktails. If you love hot sauce, be sure to buy a bottle of theirs! We told the server we loved it and she told us we could buy it. Not a gimmick, no label, just great hot sauce. Went to Silo on the recommendation of a friend - now I will recommend to others. A great night!

Delicious vegetarian tamales, even the carnevores liked them. Perfect serving size.
The chocolate bombe, too rich for a single serving but perfect shared, was a lovely end to the meal
