   As always, our experience at Silas was spot-on perfect. The cocktails were amazing, the food was fresh and creative, and the service? Impeccable. While we’ve consistently had great service no matter who’s taken care of us, we always ask for Sarah Birt. She’s truly a standout. Her recommendations are always on point, she knows the menu inside and out, and her personality makes the whole evening feel that much more enjoyable. She’s a big part of why we keep coming back. Also—can we talk about that pineapple upside-down cake? Absolute perfection. The kind of dessert that makes you stop mid-conversation just to savor every bite. We feel so lucky to have a place like Silas this close to home. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a special experience, time and time again.

   Silas was amazing for a Mother and Son, mothers day brunch. The food was amazing, the employees were great as well. I would recommend for anyone to come here for any occasion!

   Fabulous as always! The new wild mushroom tart as a starter was delicious and shareable. It would be a great addition to the lunch menu! The short ribs and hummus are ‘melt in your mouth’ smooth, and explode with flavor. We also enjoy the ever changing seasonal vegetable plate, 100% from ordinary. And a new dessert, create a takeoff on a chocolate sundae was perfectly sized and divine.  chef Aaron, you are amazing.

   We enjoyed their tasting menu paired wines with the food courses. We've done this 5 times over the years and we're looking forward to going again in the fall. If you're a food lover the Slias Creative kitchen is a must visit.

   The only thing I was upset about is that we hadn’t tried Silas earlier !! Amazing food, drinks, service & ambiance. Perfect for a date night !!

   Beautiful dining area and bar. Very loud in dining room on Saturday night. Service was a little slow but the food was excellent. The chairs in the dining and bar areas are hard to get in and out of.

    Returned to Silas for the Easter Buffet. We were seated in the bar area where the espresso machine noise was a constant and loud distraction. Food was good however other than two salad choices there were no green vegetables to choose from, would have been nice to have more vegi’s. Also recommend you add a fruit option to the buffet deserts.
