Silan is an exciting new restaurant by Chef Alon Shaya located in the heart of the Atlantis Casino. This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant pays homage to Chef Shaya’s Israeli heritage with a nod to Bahamian flavors and will serve lunch and dinner daily.

Reservation cancellation requires guests to cancel by or before 4PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel will result in a no-show fee of $30 per person if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation.

Dress Code Policy: Resort Casual. Athletic and beachwear, baseball caps, flip-flops, Crocs, and slippers are not permitted. Gentlemen should wear lightweight pants or shorts paired with a fashionable shirt, with a collared shirt recommended for evenings. Ladies can choose from smart casual resort daywear to fashionable evening attire.

Great experience at the Silan restaurant. The menu could be more extensive but we found what to eat and it was delicious. Great and fast service!

Samuel the waiter was impeccable. Very professional, courteous and polite. The restaurant has a nice menu choice and service was on point tonight. The halloumi cheese dip was the best we have ever had anywhere in the world. The mezze platter was delightful. The Caesar salad was so plentiful and tasty too.

The restaurant was pleasant and inviting. The pita bread I ordered was large and fluffy. I expected it to be flat. It was delicious! I also ordered chicken with Jasmine rice. It was an attractive plate and I ate everything. I highly recommend this restaurant.
