I had an amazing time at Signature Steak, truly love the rebrand that they did. I ordered the she crab soup and I am still thinking about how amazing it was. We followed up with the steak frites and Salmon with that corn sauce OMG!!! I can’t wait to get back. The vibes were perfect from the music to the ambiance. My server was Jazmin and she was very sweet , attentive and made the night even more special. I can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent service and attention to detail. Crispy rice with tuna were great. Beef tallow fries are amazing. Excellent take on wedge salad.

If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience in the SoLo (South Loop) area, this neighborhood steakhouse checks all the boxes. World-class food, service, hospitality, atmosphere. It’s just what the neighborhood needed.

From start to finish our experience was spectacular. All of the staff were very kind and attentive, the food was 10/10. Everything was so fresh and the quality of ingredients really showed. The steaks are incredible, we also really enjoyed the short rip croquettes and wedge salad. The peach cobbler for desert was out of this world! Highly recommend anyone to visit.

I had the pleasure of dining at Signature Steak in Chicago, and let me just say…..wow! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and elevated without being pretentious. It’s the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood favorite but delivers a big-city dining experience. The steak? Cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The attention to detail, from the seasoning to the sear, was top tier. The menu offers something for everyone, and each dish was presented beautifully. But the real standout was how the entire experience made me feel welcomed especially from my waitress Gee who kept me satisfied, and already looking forward to my next visit. Congratulations Isreal and chef Fabio and I highly recommend if you’re in Chicago and want a quality meal in a comfortable, stylish setting. 🥩🍷✨
