Excellent but the house wines are very expensive. A glass of chardonnay for $18 and merlot for $16. Food was great.
We went for Sunday brunch and had the Siena Chopped Salad and Kale Salad with chicken added and both were excellent. Service was excellent and the ambience was cozy. They had their holiday decorations up and it was beautiful. I think this restaurant is popular for a reason.
Loved the Bomboloni - a must have! We also shared the Bloody Mary Carafe. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for food was that one of my almond pancakes was overcooked. Service was great and atmosphere is perfect!
We had a great time at Siena Tavern. We were lucky enough to be there for the truffle menu which was amazing. Our server was also very good. The restaurant is beautiful and we will definitely be going back.
We had the bruschetta appetizer and the burnt pepperoni pizza. Excellent!!
Wedding Anniversary. You could not pay me to go back. Food was either super bland of over spiced. Server was non existent throughout most the meal. It was a rarity to be blessed with their presence. We arrived early 7 minutes. Empty restaurant... they had us wait at the bar for the 7 minutes till our reservation then took us to a table which was unoccupied the entire time we were waiting. Unreal experience. Chicago has much better options.
Stopped in for a quick bite after work at the end of a long, cold week. Had the Orrechiette at the suggestion of our fabulous waiter John. It was wonderful. The pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was exceptional.
We will definitely be back
Very enjoyable dinner and drinks before an 8:00 p.m. show. Great service, delicious food.
We brought friends from Texas to the restaurant to show them the great food we have in Chicago and this restaurant was great. One of our friends a young girl had dairy and gluten restrictions and our server knew what they could do to meet these restrictions and she had what she considered a very good meal.
The only complaint I have is I requested to have my leftover bagged but one dish was missing. We have spent enough money for our meal that I just didn’t want to put food into waste. I called the restaurant as soon as I got home and realized one dish was missing. I was put on hold for a long time and nobody got back to me.
