we eat at Siempra Algo a great deal and this meal was the most amazing we have ever had. the Canape with Fois Gas and A5 beef among other ingredients was luxurious and delicious. The Dayboat was one of the best pieces of Fish I have ever had. Just a wonderful experience all the way around. great Service and Wines.

We had a fantastic time at Siempre Algo last night with friends. We always love talking with Kimber who makes all of our favorite drinks and suggests wine to accompany dinner. Our waitress was so professional and paced our orders very well. Chef Brian's creations are so delicious and creative. We loved the Pork Tenderloin with whipped Blood Orange sauce, the Waygu steak and the Chicken. We also had our go to appetizer of Duo of Pate'. The chicken liver is a creamy mousse served on the crusty bagette. Siempre Algo was buzzing with energy last night and was so much fun!

Siempre Algo is a gem on Pittsburgh's North Side. Interesting menu, delicious preparation and impeccable service guarantees an excellent dining experience.

Seimpre Algo was outstanding again! Baguette and Spring Salad was perfect to start. the Crab Trofie, which I had never had, was very tasty. My wife had the Roasted Cabbage again! She can't get enough of it. Of course, we nearly always get the Vanilla, Bourbon and Sea Salt Ice Cream. Wines were great and the service could not be better.

This place is amazing! Can’t wait to go back. Went for the first time and it blew me and my husband away. Great service, cocktails, and food.

We love this place. The Exec Chef is very inventive, and we love the unusual ingredients we can't find anywhere else. Had the chicken liver pate to start, just delicious, and a side of chili hollendaise was to die for! The nettle soup was subtle but very delicious and different. Then, the lamb which was simply perfect, but better yet accompanied by the oh-so-satisfying Grumolo leaves salad, and the pea and squash purees, the Jerusalem Arthichokes (wow). All just SO inventive, SO tasty. And wines were great pairings, including the Bodegas Spanish sparkling rose, which we always love. All in all, it's just an inventive and thoughtful menu, always lots of layers of great flavor, perfectly prepared and paired. And, we love the waitstaff. Kristen S was utterly spot on, gracious, warm; and later, the bartender explained the history of many of the adventurous cocktails, some of which we tried and enjoyed! Great job as usual.
