Established in 2018, Sidebar is a wine bar and store located in the heart of Sandringham Village. Our ever-changing wine list highlights small local and international producers curated by our very own sommelier. We have won wine list awards in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Our seasonal cocktail list can take you on a journey from start to finish, whether it be the humble Negroni or something a little more unusual.

Whether you choose to sit inside our intimate bar setting or in our outdoor space, we have music to suit but not so loud that you cannot initiate a “Sidebar”.

Wednesdays gnocchi night is our favourite. Gnocchi is homemade and the sauce changes each week so we get something different each time. Delicious. Wish they had it every night.

I had the delicious banana old fashioned, which was a treat. The service was great, we didn't eat this time but have before. Definitely recommend this establishment, it's a great local.

Great to always visit the "sidebar" where Adults can have a nice drink . Sad that Aiden is heading back to the UK for family reasons big shoes to fill. I love how we can extra drink and catch the bus home ! So drink the Taxi Fare great outcome. We just asked Aidan to bring us wine by the glass within parameters. Six different wines by the glass none of which we were aware but really enjoyed all of them.

Always a top night out. Good food and a fabulous wine list. We’re always well taken care of by the staff. Love it and so lucky it’s our local.

I attended Sidebar over two consecutive weeks (hens and valentines). I’m really happy to see this establishment getting even better over time. Food on both occasions was delish, wine was lovely. Friendly service.
