Absolutely amazing environment. You wouldn't believe you're still in Edinburg by the ambience and the place. Very dapper and clean with food that can only encourage you to come back. Highly recommended!

The total experience was very good. There could have been a few more choices on the menu. The drinks are excellent, the staff was awesome, and the ambiance was great. We loved the old speak easy felling of it.

AMAZING! A whole world apart from anything in South Texas. Very sophistocated and romantic ambiance, exquisite food, unique cocktails at very reasonable prices. The service is top notch. Yes, you can find a cheaper restaurant but you will not find a better value in fine dining anywhere. Oh, did I say the food is superb - kudos to the chef! The exterior is deceptively underwhelming - be brave in go inside, you will not regret it.

Sidebar 215 is not just a restaurant, it is an experience. We were treated like royalty (or top mobsters, to use terminology of the ambiance) from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail in creating this Speak Easy environment is incredible. Give yourself time to enjoy the experience, save room for the appetizers and dessert, and enjoy your favorite drinks blended from top shelf selections by the mixologist behind the bar. Also recommended for business meetings of up to 20 people in their various private rooms.

This was our 5th visit and as always the food was great. Ambiance and service was also great. Mixed drinks, maybe a little overpriced. My husband had two Chivas and water and as always, first one was Chivas and second one was a different whiskey. But other than that, we love having dinner there.
