Excellent meal as always. Food was outstanding and delivered fresh and hot.
We love this place. It’s our favorite restaurant. We took my sister here for the first time for her Birthday.
Our first time at this location although we have eaten at all the other valley locations several times. Promptly seated and served; Susie did a nice job. We both had the carbonara, which was great. In fact, everything about this location is very nice except for the ambiance, which is nothing to write home about. But, if food is your main objective, it fits the bill. For what it's worth, I think the Cottonwood location has the best food and the best wait staff, while Antica has the best ambiance. But for food, I don't think you'll go wrong at any location.
Amazing food and wonderful staff. Our family and friends favorite restaurants. Treat yourself and make a reservation soon.
The food was very tasty and the wine was excellent. I was not happy with our waiter, He didn't tell us that there was a course that was included with the meal that made us ordering a separate appetizer unnecessary and expensive. The service was slow when we ordered coffee and dessert. He acted like we were taking up his time and he wasn't interested in our order.
This is a great restaurant in a very strange location (next to a CrossFit Gym), but don’t let the location put you off. This is a very good restaurant in every regard.
Our favorite neighborhood Restaurant!
First time at this Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Delicious food! Even though they got our order wrong at first, they quickly fixed it. We will go there
We love everything about this place! The food was delicious, our server was fun and personable which our family really enjoyed. A great night!
I am having a hard time knowing how I felt about my experience at Sicilia Mia. I was really looking forward to their specialty, the carbonara, but unfortunately I just didn’t like the flavor of a carbonara. I did order a Caesar salad, which was delicious! I was disappointed that the bread they brought out seemed very dry and a little stale. I really want to give this restaurant another try. Next time I will try some of their pizza. At the end of the night, I didn’t feel that the meal was worth the $60 that we paid.
As always this restaurant does not disappoint! We haven't been here for a while so it was great getting back and enjoying a wonderful lunch.
a friend had recommended Sicilia Mia to me when I had mentioned that my anniversary was coming up. When we came to your restaurant we had a fantastic experience and will gladly be going back.
Thank you for the experience
Delicious food and excellent service. Will be coming back!!!
I always love Sicilia Mia. But, I find that I am always cold in the restaurant. Who wants to eat with their jacket on? I was disappointed that the Mushroom Gnocchi is not available at the Highland Drive location.
Could be a great restaurant, the
Food is authentically Italian and well-prepared. Why they don't spend some money on ambience, dividers, furniture, fabric, etc is perplexing -- like eating a gourmet meal in a gymnasium!
But great food!
We have dined here multiple times for special occasions. My favorite did is the Carbonara. This time it was very good, but not as good as on prior occasions. Our waiter indicated they were using a new cheese wheel, maybe this was why. Everything else was excellent.
We love this restaurant. The food is authentic Italian. It reminds us of Italy every time we go. Everything we have tried is delicious carbonara, gnocchis, Sicilia Mia, raviolis, etc all fantastic.
Some tables are basically in the lobby by the door. We had the unfortunate experience of being sat at one of their tables. Noisy, cold when the door opens, and doesn’t even feel like you’re in the restaurant. This was the Holladay location. Yes, we could ask for another table, just doesn’t make sense for these to even be an option
The food was amazing!!! The service really good, I would definitely go back again really friendly people and service!!
I’d give a minus 5 if i could. This place is a 40 min drive for us, and was the worst dining experience of my life. Oh wait, we didn’t even get to dine! We had a reservation at 7:00 for 5. Due to construction we were delayed by 10 min. I called at 6:50 and let them know we’d be there around 7:10. We walked in at exactly 7:10. At 7:30 we were still waiting for a table. Totally fine, we understand it’s busy. In walks a party with a reservation at 7:45 and they were seated immediately. Of course I jumped up to find out what was going on. They proceeded to tell me they had a large party and they were saving that table for them. It looked to be a table for approx 8. We had 5. It’s 7:30, our reservation was at 7:00, and their reservation was at 7:45, AND only half their party was even there at the time they were seated. My husband and very patient children walked out to the car to leave. The manager still kept trying to justify seating this party first because it was the Only table large enough for them. However, the table had been set and sitting empty for 15 min before the party arrived 15 min early. We would have been finished by the time of their reservation had we been seated. Angelo (whom I’m assuming is the owner) was mortified and apologized over and over. He offered to buy our dinner, but by this time my husband refused to stay and there still was no table for us anyway. THEN I get an email from open table that we didn’t show up for our reservation. We like nice restaurants and good food, but it wouldn’t matter if it were the best food in the world, I will never go back. They don’t deserve my money when they don’t respect my time.
This was one of the best little Italian Restaurants I’ve been to in Salt Lake! Will definitely be going back!
Our party of 8 (with reservation) was seated at 6:45pm on a Monday night. Most of us have eaten at Sicilia Mia before, so we knew the food would be good, and we were not disappointed. When we come here, we don't expect a quick meal. Even so, service was slow in taking our order and again when being served. The restaurant was not very busy when we got there, but filled up to around 90% capacity after we were seated. Another party of eight arrived after we had been there for a little while. When I asked our waiter about the delay, he said the kitchen was very busy because everyone ordered at once. Otherwise, the service & meal were very good. We regard this instance as an aberation.
Sicilia Mia is still among our most preferred restaurants.
Outstanding restaurant! Love the food and the people
A little slice of Italian heaven.
My son introduced his friends to Sicilia Mia for his birthday dinner and they loved it as much as our family does!
Amazing people, wonderful environment and that food was incredible!!
As usual the food and service was superb!
Best Italian food ever! We love this place! Always a hit with the family.
Always a fun experience! We love the food and entertainment but don’t love the location.
Yummy Italian goodness :-) Everything was simply amazing, we will be back!
Our family loves this place and they never disappoint.
Food and service was amazing ! A little pricey but pretty reasonable for Italian Located in a strip mall so we gave ambience a 4. Looking forward to our next visit.
Very close to real Italian food - wine list is not extensive or expensive - some good wines at decent prices. The meal was excellent, had the steak with Arugula, awesome flavor. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for real Italian food.
We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary there. The food was wonderful. I had the chef special and my husband had the seared tuna, which is cooked perfectly so that it is like butter in the center, we do miss the potatoes though. At the end of our meal the waitress, who was amazing brought out a desert on a plate that said happy 18th anniversary. What a memorable meal.
Excellent food and experience. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice evening for a special occasion.
Best Salt Lake Italian food! Good Food! Good Service
Really fun and great experience.
Sicilia Mia offers by far the best pasta I've had in Utah. The ingredients are fresh and the sauces aren't unecessarily sweet. The tagliatelle were pretty thin, so they weren't quite al dente, but extremely good still. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients origins. Sicilia Mia was one of the best dining experiences I've had in the SLC area
One of our favorite restaurants! Great quality and customer service every time.
