    Excelente servicio, y todos los platillos espectaculares, los tacos de Camarón, la crema de habanero riquísima, el Ribeye en su punto. Lo único que faltó fue algún detalle para la cumpleañera, lo mencioné en la reservación, pero no llegó ningún detalle

    Esta es la semana en la que Sibau celebra su 7 aniversario. Probamos el sashimi de hamachi en ponzu de la casa, las tostadas de callo, un dúo de tacos de filete y pulpo crocante (especialmente el pulpo sobresale por su sabor y consistencia), el solomillo en una salsa especial de echalote (increíble) y finalmente el postre denominado glorious. Excelente servicio de Max y Roman.
