We love this place and go every year!
Delicious food and impeccable service!!
I sat at the bar and from start to finish, it was a great experience. The bartenders Shane and Frank took great care of me, made amazing drinks (The Chocolate Martini was my favorite one) and made sure I had everything I needed as well as providing great conversation since I was dining alone. The New Orleans Style Shrimp was amazing and so flavorful and with this being my second visit to Shula’s I couldn’t leave without ordering the French onion soup or the chocolate lava cake. I had such a great night and of course I’ll be going back as soon as I can!
Excellent service! Amazing Steak! Will certainly return!
Everything was amazing from start to finish. Food was a 10++++
Amazing meal and service. Will definitely be back again!
We had a great meal. The food, drinks and service were perfect. Kudos to Lisa and her crew.
Great food and atmosphere!!
Tyler was the greatest, very knowledgeable and introduced my wife to the blueberry martini, which was a hit.
This was our first visit to Shula’s. We just moved here from Kansas where we had great beef. We started with a Caesar salad. It was tasty and the chilled plates were a nice touch. We shared a Porterhouse and lobster tail. They were fine. Not exceptional. Our sides were a baked potato and sautéed spinach. Both, again, were fine. Our server Mark, and his team, were attentive and informative. Great wine list with some very good, moderate priced, wines. Overall, it was a good experience. The validated valet parking is a good deal!
Didn’t do a lot of the “little things” you expect from a high end steakhouse. Service similar to an Outback or Black Angus, which is fine, but not at their price points.
It’s a nice meal, and very nice place, and it’s unabashedly expensive. You know that going in, so don’t go expecting to stretch your dollar. All that said, I felt it didn’t meet expectations for what it costs. I have a handful of high end steak restaurants at home I go to for special occasions. This wasn’t quite as good. The sides were just fine, not spectacular. The rib eye was ok. The filet my son had was really underdone. We could have asked for it to be fixed but we didn’t so partially our fault. But still.
I enjoyed the meal but it wasn’t worth the cost.
Covid has hurt the dining industry..
I’m looking for normal dining in months to come.
Food was delicious! Wait staff was excellent!! A little loud amd a little pricey. Overall great!!
Service was maxing. Food was great too
Food was excellent everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Service started of good but it nice we got our food we were never checked on again. We ran out of water and wine with no waiter to be found. Manager did come over and apologized and was nice enough to offer a discount that we did not ask for. I would go back for the food most definitely.
Ask for Chris, great service. Food was amazing
My husband & I have been to Shula's each time we visit Orlando and we always have outstanding service and food!
Great selection of steaks and wine, friendly and attentive staff, wonderful location.
Wonderful meal in a charming location , excellent service. Will definitely return on our next visit to Orlando
Nicole the manager was very helpful in making sure our visit was exceptional as always
Always a great experience at this restaurant!
I had a wonderful experience at Shula’s! The staff was very friendly and they made my daughter and I feel really comfortable. The meal was truly delicious and the portions were very generous. Will definitely go back when I visit Florida agin!
Terrific! Outstanding food and ambiance. Definitely recommend!
This was/is the best meal on WDW property and will become a must do for me on every Disney trip. Bash at the bar was amazing and the perfect mixologist for pre-dinner cocktails. Also, Doug was the most outstanding server and highly recommend asking for him if possible! Don Shula left a legacy for football, but his steakhouse Shula’s is just another legacy that will continue on for years as the best meal and steakhouse on WDW property! Eat here and you won’t be disappointed!
I had the Maryland style crab cakes, New Orleans shrimp and molten lava cake, all very good.
Excellent service, as I have experienced at the Dolphin Resort Shula's Steakhouse previously. Food is perfect and consistent.
Family trip
We had 2 servers taking care of us. Really enjoyed our 10 oz. filet and sides. Perfect for sharing. Service was great and friendly. A wonderful meal after a long day at the park.
Price vs food it is absolutely ridiculous.
The quality is not the same anymore.
Our first time at Shula’s. The food and service were wonderful. Check in process easy, waited at bar. Met some lovely fellow diners. Can’t wait to go again.
GREAT PLACE! Made another reservation for the next night before we left.
We like to celebrate birthdays at the Shula's in the Disney Dolphin Hotel. We used to get a free dinner on our birthday but that has now stopped. Corporate suggested that I join Team Shula which I did but when I tried to redeem my credit and post our $375.24 bill (dinner for 3), I was informed that the Disney location did not participate in Team Shula even though I showed the manager the email from Carrie LaNoche, Director of Marketing stating that the credit could be used at "any Shula restaurant". Needless to say, our great dining experience ended with embarrassment. It is likely we will not return. Don would have been disappointed too.
The 20 oz Prime is over the top large and is almost impossible to eat. They would be better off reducing the size and the dollar amount. Not sure I would eat there again if this does not change.
Good was great, but the service not so good. No need to ask us for dessert when we we were just served our mesm
Disney Family Trip
We have eaten here several times and this time was very different than previous occasions. They seated a party of 8-10 women in the main area having a party of some sort (looked like a bachelorette party) and it was VERY loud. They should have been seated in one of the smaller rooms that provided more walls & ceiling to help buffer the noise. The waitstaff wear both masks as well as shields which made it almost impossible to hear them. The glass my cocktail drink was served in was cracked. I ordered my steak medium well and it was well done. There was no bordelaise sauce, only bernaise. I was not told this when I ordered. It was a disappointing dinner given previous visits.
Food was awful. Only ate 1/2 my steak it was terrible. The three other friends with me did the same. Worst steaks we have ever had. Only thing worse than the steaks were the sides. The bill was almost $600 for 4 people and only one cocktail each. No bottles of wine included in the price. Our waiter was great, the restaurant is beautiful, however the crying children up at 10:30 at night trying to have dinner (it’s Disney) was a bit loud. I would rather pick up a piece of pizza on the boardwalk than dine here again.
Always an excellent experience! Have been to Shulas throughout Florida. At the Dolphin most times.
From entree to side dishes to dessert, it wash delish!! Worth the money and the service was excellent! Friendly usherettes and waiters and the manager was accommodating. Even though it’s a children’s hotel, the restaurant was quiet.
