   Was off to a good start, bread was hot and fresh, shrimp cocktail, bacon & grits, and onion soup were all good. Entree's disappointed. My porterhouse was uneatable, so tough I couldn't even cut into it and meat didn't taste fresh. Filet's were better. Brussel Sprouts were tough, not sure if they were undercooked, but in general vegetables had no flavor and badly needed seasoning. Mashed potatoes were decent, came out a little cold and could also have used more seasoning. The service was excellent. When the waiter saw I barely touched my porterhouse, he asked and I told him it was too touch to eat. He immediately offered me a filet, but everyone had already finished their meals, and just wanted to get home at that point. They did take the porterhouse off my bill. They also gave my son a dessert of his choice as we were celebrating his graduation. Restaurant itself was nicely decorated and noise level was low, however tables very close together. Not sure if this was an off night, but overall disappointed.

   Enjoyed our visit to Shula’s. Wine was good. Our steaks were slightly salty but in no way inedible. Interestingly my filet was cooked more on one side than the other but still delicious. Sides (baked potato, mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus) were well seasoned and temperature hot. Chocolate soufflé was very, very tasty. Service was efficient. Restaurant was extremely loud. All hard surfaces. Would definitely eat here again.

   Very nice set up to conduct our work dinner. A bit loud as the evening progressed and other diners came to eat too. Even with two servers we found ourselves waiting a bit.

    First off, I ordered a Gey Goose and tonic and it was flat. As that is the only cocktail I drink, I know how it's supposed to taste. It also was a double shot which i definitely did not want. And you don't have diet tonic for us diabetics. Just one slice of lime???We were placed in a very exposed table, mainly because of the configuration of the restaurant. Very poorly arranged, but that's probably because the resort limited your spacing. The whole place seemed closed in and consequently very noisy. At least put in an absorbing ceiling in such tight quarters, and try to allow for more intimate dining rather than so open. When your customers are paying nearly $ 500 for dinner, try not to rush them. We are not on a tight schedule. It was supposed to be a relaxing dinner.

    Enjoyed a relaxing meal with fantastic drinks at the bar. French onion soup was delicious, Caesar salads huge and our steaks perfectly cooked to order! Our bartender, Bash was top notch & is definitely an asset to this establishment.

    Way too expensive with good food but nothing special about a $72 steak. Out of Prime rib and SO noisy. Plus having to pay $15 extra for a simple salad and another $15 for a baked potato!

    We met a couple of friends for a dinner out while visiting Disney. We hadn’t eaten at Shula’s since visiting Miami several years ago and we were glad to get back. The atmosphere was wonderful and quite enough for conversation. The wait staff was impeccable and very attentive. The food of course was simply amazing. We started with salads and French onion soup which were all well done. The steaks are the stars here - and my spouse swears the porterhouse is the best steak we’ve ever had. Filet was also quite good and everything was expertly cooked. All of the sides were very good as well and we opted for soufflé for dessert which didn’t disappoint. Wine was very nice and cocktails well made. The presentation for everything and the level of detail was impressive. Highly recommend.

    Dinner was ok, nothing spectacular or anything that I would go back for. I ordered the crab cakes, salmon, halibut and apple crumble. The best part was the fresh bread. The servers however were very attentive and provide great service

    Excellent food...service didnt refill drinks often without flagging down and if you plan on getting Prime Rib arrive early, apparently its known that they regularly run out around 9pm😟

    The service and food were very good. Scott, our server, was exceptional and took care of us. The ambiance was very poor, however. We were sat next to a table with a large group of men, one that was clearly intoxicated. He was stumbling all over the place, crude, and using foul language. At one point, he started to choke on his meal and had to have a colleague use the Heimlich. It was quite the scene, especially for my two kids. The manager was kind enough to move us to a more quiet part of the restaurant.

    Here to celebrate a major accomplishment for a family member and to enjoy family time. Shula’s Steak House ticked all the boxes. Food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

    Expensive, but good. All food was on the cold side. My wife prefers her foot hot. Also, if you have any issues with garlic...be aware that almost everything has some in it. Not their fault but the baked potato had some rot. Service was great and the Chocolate Soufflé was outstanding.

    I celebrated my birthday. The filet was cooked to perfection. Mash potatoes and mushrooms accompanied the meal which both weee delicious. Our waiters Tyler and Anthony recommended a merlot to go with the meal. Excellent choice. They were very attentive, courteous and gave excellent service. To top off the meal they brought a birthday treat to end the evening.

    I took my wife on a surprise dinner date for Mother's Day, and Shula's Steak House was the icing on the cake! Not only did she shed tears of joy from the excitement she experienced from seeing Disney's fireworks as we pulled into Epcot, the architecture of the Dolphin Resort had her feeling like a little girl! As her husband, this moment was beyond priceless. We arrived for our reservation a few minutes early and was greeted with complementary valet service (By the way, I'm feeling like the man right now lol). As we sat at our table, we were greeted by our waiter Kyle (first name Jason) and he was beyond a pleasure! Not only was he attentive, respectful and sincere, he held great conversation and gave insight on many of the dishes that Shula's had to offer for that day. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye at medium-well temperature and my wife ordered the Oven Brick Chicken. The Ribeye was marvelously seasoned and cooked. I personally believe it was softer than the mashed potatoes! My wife still talks about how tender her chicken was! This is an experience we will never forget! I will most definitely be returning and I will recommend this illustrious establishment 10/10 times! Thank you! Jason Arrington Jr

    It was a wonderful, quite, upscale experience. The food was excellent! I had the blacken Salmon and my wife had the 12oz fillet. Her steak was a little to cooked for me, I prefer some pink in mine but she liked her very well done and they even fillet it for her and she loved it.

    The noise level is too high. The meat was very good. The sides were not good. We had ordered 3 x 12 oz filet (3 women) and 1 x 10oz filet. The person who ordered the 10 oz filet got the biggest filet of us all!! The server did not care about the size and gave the male guest the biggest piece of filet even though he did not order it. They also forgot a side that we had ordered. I took 1 1/2 until we finally got the main course!

    Sides came out cold. The 10 oz filet was cooked perfectly medium rare. The apple crumble dessert came out stone cold. The service was hit and miss. For the first 30 minutes, the waiter was attentive. Once we got our entrees, the waiter disappeared. This restaurant is in Disney world, so there are a lot of kids and the parents think nothing of bringing them here even if it is late at night and they are screaming. It’s a noisy restaurant no matter what and it’s hard to have a conversation.
