It’s a beautifully maintained restaurant considered how long the restaurant’s been around. Service is strangely inconsistent. From the two ladies at the front desk - one was engaging and friendly, and the other was distant and cold. Our servers, one was professional and helpful, and the other was borderline rude and couldn’t care less. Food was equally inconsistent. My Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had, but the tuna tartare was one of the worst I’ve had. This extends to the good onion soup but mediocre crab cake. The biggest disappointment is the ribeye which we ordered medium rare and came to us medium well and lacks the marblings that should be in a ribeye.

Very disappointed in the ribeye. Expected so much more. Poor quality. Texas Roadhouse has a better ribeye at a 1/3 or the price. Service was spectacular

Service was great, but food was just ok- all of it (steaks and sides) were in desperate need of seasoning which was a disappointment considering the cost. Crab cake was dry. Dress code not enforced, but that was less of an issue. We were celebrating an occasion and it just felt like we were eating at a generic hotel restaurant with a steakhouse vibe. Table was tiny, no room. Free dessert that was provided because we were celebrating an occasion was not good. We just expected more from a restaurant of this magnitude.

Shula's never disapoints! the steaks are amzing and the staff is very friendly. we ho here rveryimecwe are in Orlando and most times twice! One of my favorite steak restraunts to eat at. This is a must for steak lovers!

the service was excellent and the restaurant offered everything you would want at a high end steak house. however, everyone in our party was disappointed with the quality of their steak. with the exception of me, who ordered the A5. the other steaks had a somewhat mealy texture. cocktails and desserts were aces.

We had an awful experience. We went there for our rehearsal dinner 7 years ago, so we went back for our 7 year anniversary for sentimental purposes. Everything has changed it’s awful. No one asked us if we were celebrating anything (even though I put it on our reservation). The food was overpriced. The restaurant was so loud. The wine took forever. We won’t be back.

My salmon was good, but not a “wow” side of green beans was good. Bread tasted a bit sticky tasting w cold butter. Nice wine selection. Cowboy steak was cooked decent but not a wow as far as taste and tenderness. Steak was a 3 out of 5. Salmon was a 3 out of 5. Desert was a 4 out of 5. Service was accommodating.

We just love this Shula's restaurant. The staff is excellent. Our waiter Joe was beyond phenomenal he went above and beyond. The food was mouth watering as usual and the new sides where a welcome new additions. The wagyu steak was out of this world. I could hardly finish the 8 ounce portion. We will be back, no doubt.

We typically have a wonderful steak at Shulas however last nights special dry aged ribeye was extremely dry, very little marbling and lacked any real taste. Side dishes (creamed spinach and mashed potatoes) were very good. Tables are placed so close its hard to have a quite dinner at this Shulas.

Well. as I have said before, my opinion does reflect my experience with eating at the best steak houses in the United States. Here it is: First the good: The entire staff was excellent. From the welcome, the wait staff and the goodbye, excellent. They are knowledgeable and informative. Now the bad: As I have said in the past, the BEST RIB EYE STEAK VALUE is TEXAS ROAD HOUSE. Now with that said, I expected far better from Shula’s Steak House. I got something a few points better than TEXAS ROAD HOUSE. If I had to choose a rib eye dinner at Shula’s or Texas Road House, I would choose Texas Road House. (I think that says how my meal was) Will I return to Shula’s? 90% chance says no. Shula’s Steak House needs to take a step back, take an honest HARD LOOK at their quality and up their game. The steak was ordered at medium rare and came to my table at medium. The steak flavor varied from end to end, never having a consistent flavor. This was because the ends were cooked on the medium well and the middle at medium. (Remember I ordered a medium rare steak) I had to add salt and pepper. (An excellent steak doesn’t need salt and pepper added at the table) On the plate was the steak. That’s it. No sauce, garlic, juice or butter. When cutting into a steak, it should be almost silent. This steak? Sounds as if I were sawing wood. The place has a nice atmosphere. Atmosphere never once has filled my tummy. Time to step it up Shula’s Steak House. At this point in time I cannot reccomend Shula’s Steak House. As of this writing, it is not worth the price. Hopefully they will up their game. If not, just stick to football.

We decided to leave before eating our dinner. We ordered and after 55 minutes had yet to receive any of our food. They did comp the drinks and bottle of wine we ordered. The table next to us had ordered salads at 7:00pm. They received their salads at 9:00pm. That’s when we decided to give up. We had ordered at 8:00, and they weren’t sure when we would get our food. Very disappointing. And no explanation given except the kitchen was backed up.

We have been dining at Shulas for over 25 years. What a disappointment. Steak was tough at $75 - $120 per steak. Next tables kids video games were so loud they were bothersome. Parents were oblivious. I asked the manager to have them turn it down or switch kids and parents seats. Manager did terrible job leaving it up to the parents who did nothing. We had to ask the parents to please turn the noise down which left it uncomfortable but at least we could try to enjoy our meal.

As always, a fantastic meal! The steaks are cooked to perfection. The sides are huge and wonderful. The wine selection: something for everybody and pocketbook. Service: really special. These guys are pros. They are personable and don't work of a well rehearsed script. They are attentive but not in your face. Water refilled as soon as it was getting low, dishes cleared as you put down your fork and finished! The desserts, if you have room, are fabulous! Highly recommended! Enjoy:)

We have been to a lot of special occasion restaurants, but Shula’s Steakhouse topped them all. The steaks were beyond delicious! Everything cooked to order. Service was outstanding and dinner was not rushed. Highly recommend it!

There were a lot of people and the acoustics in the room made it very noisy. The drinks didn’t taste like they had any alcohol in them and the wait time from ordering to reviving dinner took about an hour. The food was delicious although very expensive and the staff friendly.
