   The servers were very professional and knowledgeable. The restaurant looks high end. My negatives were that the sides just were not good. There were cold, bland & both the kids and main menu mac/cheese were dry. The Tomahawk was undercooked and we might have asked to cook the meat a little more but it was late and we were ready to be done. I don’t think the value was there. Prices were too high for being at a table right next to the kitchen with cold, undercooked & bland food items.

   Overall a wonderful meal but calling it a “colossal shrimp cocktail “ is a joke. Over $20 for 5 shrimp that looked and tasted like they just came from the supermarket. Would not even consider them large, Nevermind colossal. The steaks were cooked exactly as we requested and were truly delicious. Very pricey but every now and then it’s nice to splurge!

   Not a good night last evening. Fruit flies around my table and on the rim of my wine glass. Prime Rib undercooked and server took it back and it was still rare more than half of it. The manager came over and apologized took the entree off the bill. But when he asked if I wanted another glass of wine and i said yes when it came over it was poured into the same glass that one fruit fly was already sitting on. I showed the manager 4 or 5 pieces i cut up to show him how rare it was and he agreed. Another thing was that i ordered mashed as a side and by the time the prime rib arrived the second time it wasn't even luke warm. Not a good experience.

   One of our favorite steakhouses especially the Orlando location. Atmosphere and ambiance is really cool especially if you have a nostalgia for the 1970’s NFL I’m not a dolphin fan but the food and the atmosphere both amazing

   Been here multiple times, usually love it. Got sat by the door I’m assuming because I had two kids (I get it I guess) had to ask for our bread which is usually brought as soon as you sit down. Barely got checked on. Food wasn’t that great this time for the price point.

   The filet ordered medium was burnt. The filet ordered medium rare was bloody The Mac and cheese was salty Caesar salad dressing was applied too liberally And unfortunately there was a mentally challenged diner at the next table that could not control himself. He would frequently sneeze, cough, and make other loud noises that destroyed any chance of a pleasant meal. Very disappointing

    This could have been a five and the only thing that brings it down i the sound level from mostly kids. Being a Disney resort that is maybe what to expect. Maybe an idea would be to have the restaurant divided up in two parts with an adult only section. Eating steak is a almost holy moment so it should be done without screams and crying. This steak is cooked to perfection and comes in very high on my list on great steaks. The deserts are great but BIG so share if you don’t want to explore

    Very nice service staff. Restaurant was way too loud, could barely hear watier or my wife sitting next to me. Salmon was plain and very small. 24 ounce porterhouse was good but not worth $70. You'll get a fantastic ribeye at Texas Roadhouse for $24. Overall, my wife and I weren't impressed, we won't dine there again.

    We were on vacation and wanted our last evening to be perfect and it was! This was our first time to eat at Shula's and we had a fantastic time. We all had something different from lobster, steak to chicken and everything was fantastic and cooked to perfection.

    This was my second time dining at Shula’s. The first time was amazing so I figured I would bring my boyfriend and show him what he was missing out on. Unfortunately, Shula missed the mark. The service was great. Scott, Matthew and Juan took great care of us. However, the food was just so overly salted that it was inedible. Aside from that, we ordered a lobster tail that I believe had been frozen for so long that the tail tasted like straight rubber. We mentioned this to the servers and no one seemed to want to resolve the issues. For a $500 meal, I definitely would expect better flavors. Even the steaks we ordered weren’t anything to ride home about. We could get the same quality at a cheaper steakhouse. We probably won’t return anytime soon.

    We love Shula's Steak House have been there multiple times and will continue to go every chance we get. We use Shula's for special occasions. We would highly recommend anything on the menu.

    Amazing food and our server was top notch. I love the big prime steakhouses but have received hit/miss quality on the steaks from Del Friscos and Eddie Merlots. This filet was cooked perfectly (rare+)! I would like to see the plates a little hotter, but I just asked for another plate mid-meal and that worked just fine. Split wedge salad had a bacon puree/jam that added a unique slightly sweet balance to the homemade bleu cheese dressing. Baked potato side dish was as-expected at such a place. But what stood out was the high quality you would expect from a prime steakhouse just minutes out the back gate of Epcot. Disney food is overpriced for the quality and Le Cellier steakhouse in Epcot is FAR from the quality of Shulas yet is priced the same. Highly recommend taking a short walk out of the park to enjoy such a nice gem away from the hustle and bustle of Disney.

    I have been to the Dolphin Shulas over 6 times Justin was the worst server I have ever had, thank heavens for his assistant who saved our dinner. hostess also forgot about us we waited for our seats for 20 minutes because she forgot to check us in. I knew the menu better than our waiter Justin who I had to remind we had to order desserts and he forgot to tell us nice cream did not come with lava cakes and I forgot too, their lava cakes are too rich to eat without ice cream if it were for Justin we would have never gotten it, his assistant quickly got it. Food was still great service worst ever in 9 years we have been coming, including twice this year.

    We had a birthday dinner here and had a great time! They give you a yummy basket of fresh bread to start. The Blueberry martini was sooo good! Tyler is a wonderful server. The food is individual - if you get a steak - no sides. If you don't like salt, I would suggest to ask for no added. Our steaks, potatoes, broccoli - all had too much salt. The desserts are made to order and yummy! This is a great special occasion meal!

    Every single aspect of our meal was five-star. Our appetizers were delicious, the bread service was delicious, our cocktails were perfectly made, our steak was as good as you could imagine, and the dessert was delicious, the sides were awesome. Our service was attentive without being overbearing. Our weight staff, Tyler, and Anthony, were outstanding. They are clearly skilled veterans who know how to wait on customers without being annoying. I will return to Shula’s every trip. I might go again this trip. FIVE STARS !!!!

    Great service, meal was prepared very nicely. The only negative was the the greeting when we entered the restaurant, waited ten minutes to be seated at 6pm with most tables empty, four staff members behind the counter, but not seating customers.
