Great atmosphere, Great food, amazing service (thank you Mark) it made our 17 year anniversary special. Will be back for sure. Thanks, Jayson Judson
Great menu with and even better wine list. Also, the bran cake starter is a must with the Peter Michael Chardonnay.
My birthday celebration. Tyler was our server. Very knowledgeable, congenial and added to a wonderful evening. We find ourselves enjoying this restaurant a few times a year. Steaks are always cooked to perfection.
We try to make this a regular place to go at least once a month. The food and service are some of the best that we have experienced. The steaks are cooked to perfection and the chocolate souffle is to die for. And, if you just want to go to the bar Bash will definitely make you a tasty concoction.
I was so disappointed to see that Shula's charges a $45 service charge. We ate in the bar so it may be tied to the bar food. I cannot recommend Shula's Dolphin to my friends any longer.
The service is outstanding, and the food is delicious. Excellent steaks!
I’ve been to many steak houses all over the US as I travel weekly for work, and this was my first time at a Shula’s. The filet was delicious, but let’s be honest isn’t it almost always? What really made me like Shula’s was that the sides I had stool out. Mashed potatoes is the standard for me and these were probably my favorite of any steakhouse I can remember. The mushrooms were also delicious. Owww also the warm bread 👌🏻 to me it’s more about all these other smaller aspects along with ambiance and service.
It was pretty good.
Amazing, as usual. Too notch food and great atmosphere.
Honestly wasn’t amazing like it was the first time. My boyfriend and I went two years ago and it was good definitely run down since then. My boyfriend told the host it was my birthday and they did nothing special the server didn’t even say happy birthday until the end. For someone to be paying over $100 I expected better service. Will not be going back. The food wasn’t really hot just room temperature and server didn’t seem to care to much.
One of the best restaurants, I visited in a long time. Excellent service.
After dining here numerous times and enjoying the experience, last night was shocking. The hostess was not having a good night which started the evening off on a sour note. I started my meal with the lobster bisque, which was served warm at best, and was so salty that I could not finish it. My wife and I both ordered New York strips, medium rare. After an hour wait, the steaks arrived medium ++. We decided to eat them basically because we didn’t want to wait another hour for replacements.
I believe it’s going to be awhile before I return. We were told that they had been “slammed” earlier in the evening, but they are better than what we experienced.
Unfortunately this dining visit, to celebrate my husband’s birthday, was subpar compared to our numerous years of dining experiences at Shula’s. The Prime Rib was extremely fatty and the meat was chewy and for the 1st time ever the Yorkshire Pudding was tough and over cooked, but the Ribeye was good. Two times I had to ask for my drink, (non-alcohol), to be refreshed/refilled.... that has never happened in prior visits! The attendants did seem to be consumed with attending to the tables of convention goers. The Chocolate Soufflé is a must have for dessert! Delicious!
We wanted to try Shula's while we were at Disney World. This was our first visit to any Shula's restaurant. The service was very attentive. We were served in a timely fashion. Oddly, there are several servers for each party so there were several times that a waiter would get us a drink while another waiter asked us if we wanted another drink. But not a big deal. The sides were great. We had the corn and potatoes gratin. The steaks were fine but not any better than I make at home.
It was an unfortunate experience. We had a birthday to celebrate and the birthday boy ordered a steak at medium and it came out rare and unevenly cooked. Multiple attempts to resolve this with the kitchen failed and ultimately, the birthday boy sent the entire dish back and smacked on side items. The birthday cake the place offered him was partially frozen and the wait staff was so aggressive about getting the table cleared, they failed to box the left overs, so most of us didn’t get to enjoy our very expensive steaks a second night. The service was off too, and the usual flare Shula’s has representing its namesake Don Shula was definitely not evident among the staff or general manager this night.
This experience is in contrast to many other nights at this Shula’s that have gone really well. As there are plenty of other choices for fine dining at other Disney resort hotels, I’d suggest giving this Shula’s a pass. For what we paid, one could have easily had a fine meal at the Waldorf-Astoria in the Bull and the Bear or in the California Grill at the Contemporary and not had to deal with this “Ruby Tuesday steak” night at the Shula’s.
We were welcomed and treated very nice. Our table was in a nice quiet place, but there was still a loud noise level. The music was a bit too soft. We had dressed up as the restaurant indicated a dress code so we were disappointed to see guys in jeans and a football jersey. An excellent wine list and delicious steak!
Wonderful staff and great food. Would go back again
service was GREAT, easy in easy out, Food was execellent
Service terrible, food average at best and tables were onto of each other. Never again
Excelente comida y atención. Lo recomiendo mucho
All was excelent, Service, food, mood, etc... Mostly recomended
Great Food, Fantastic Service, nice surroundings, but way way too loud when it is a full house.
100% will reccomend to others. We will be returning again. Our server team of Tyler and Anthony were unbelievable. We've requested them to be our servers every time we come back. Well done to all!
The reservation went well. The reception went well and we had a nice table.
The winkelinstallatie is extensive and we made a choice that met our expectations. It was Great!
The waiter recommended some items we indeed ordered together with a 72 oz cut.
Still enjoying the experience.
My compliments to the team.
Keep up the great work👍 Bart van Rheenen The Netherlands
The restaurant has been one of our favorites in the Orlando area. However this time it is clear cost cutting measures are affecting the service quality and food. The wedge salad was missing toppings, the steaks were dry, and the lobster bisque tasted fishy. They no longer have tablecloths on the tables and we sat at a cheap plastic table that wobbled. Service was only mediocre and at times we felt like an afterthought to the large table just behind us. Overall not the great experience that it once was.
Jessica was outstanding. The food was great. Highly recommended.
Prime rib was chewy and server did not come to check on meal from the time it was delivered til I was finished. Water was filled but primary server was absent.
We booked dinner for my birthday since family was in town. I requested Shanud and Greg since they have always taken such good care of us. They even came in to work early after seeing my booking request! We love Shula’s and the great service and food!
filet and lava cake were really good. steaks can get pricey but i think 56$ for a 10 oz filet that’s cooked perfect is well worth it. overall it was about 150$ for 2 of us and that was with one app and one desert.
Ottimo ristorante. Provato Crab cakes e Tomahawk. Carne eccezionale e cotta alla perfezione
servizio professionale e gentile nel consigliare.
Carluccio ma prezzo proporzionale a locale e cibo.
I was a bit disappointed in the dry age $72 steak we ordered. We had the same steak the previous nite and it was much more tender. tastier and with less fat than the one we had on 1/5
Service seemed rushed.
Outstanding service and food. Obviously pricey but the server and manager (joe) were outstanding
Great food but at Disney prices. However, it was expected. Very convenient location if you are staying in the Disney hotel area.
Very good as always... like the new decor and menu!! Although miss the garden salad and steak Mary-Anne as was always good for the kids to share!!
New Year Celebration
New Year’s Eve .... I have eaten at this restaurant several times and I was very disappointed with the food this time. My lobster war overcooked and my steak was also dry. I knew it was a set menu for New Years Eve and that they were pushing the food out but to pay over 800 dollars for four people you would think it would be a little bit better and the coffee was also cold so that didn’t go over well either.
Our reservation was made 6 months ago and our table was placed right by where servers picked up trays. Ridiculous. Pay the highest price for poor ambiance. Not worth it. Terrible experience.
we didn't relies it was a set menu it was very prices but it was new years eve and we enjoyed the food
The food was very good. It was New Year's Eve so we expected it to be a little busy. My only real issue was that once we were seated it literally took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us sitting there and offered us water.
That said there was a preset menu but everything was delicious.
