   My family & I had a marvelous time celebrating my father’s birthday at DON SHULA’S 2 in Miami lakes!!! The entire wait staff & management especially Mr. John was overly attentive... food was perfect, all meal orders were accurate, NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!! My family truly enjoyed themselves!!!! Management waited on our table like we were ROYALITY, such a fantastic experience!!!!!!! I left feeling like, I should have TIPPED WAY MORE, Mr. JOHN DESERVED EVERY BIT OF IT!!!! Everything was Phenomenal!! 🎊🎁🎂🎈🎉 Thank you everyone!!!! ONE MILLION STARS...... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   This spot is a clean and respectable sports (TV) bar in a nice hotel lobby. The food and service were very good to excellent. I selected this spot for a meeting with a client and it was a good choice. It’s not a Dive bar, wing factory, burger joint or a Florida theme park... so don’t go looking for that. Instead, it’s an unpretentious and very good value option for a slightly upscale gathering, drink or meal.

   Kassandra our waitress was the most attentive sweet and caring girl I've ever met. She made sure to take care of us from the moment we got there to the moment we left. By far she is one of the most sweetest waitresses I've ever had the pleasure of meeting when eating at your establishment.

   Chicken wings were the smallest I have ever seen in my life. Burger tasted like it was warmed in a microwave, hard dense texture and dry. Fries were cold. Waited forever to get refills when the place was about 25% full. Waiter would come out and go to one table serve it and disappear for the next 4 minutes. Never looks around to see if any of his other tables needed anything.

   The restaurant was in our hotel, which was very convenient. The food was good and the service was good as well. We sat at the bar, and I always find the service is much quicker when you sit at the bar. Our bartender was Amanda and she was awesome! She also made a really good margarita!

   As a lifelong Dolphins fan this was a hit. The food was very good and looking at the pics on the wall was fun! I even bought a Don Shula autographed book about coaching for 19.72😀

   The food was horrible!!! We ordered an appetizer sampler, so we got a taste of various dishes. To call it grocery store freezer section food would be too generous because some freezer section food is 10x better than the food we had at Shula’s. You could tell it was reheated frozen food. After the 1st few bites, my friend asked the waitress, “was this frozen food shaken out of a bag & microwaved?” The fried calamari was as dry as the Sahara desert. The boneless chicken wings (aka nuggets), were mostly breading & what little chicken there was, was not moist at all. The egg rolls were palatable but the dipping sauce tasted like a poorly seasoned mayo. The spinach dip was just blah. Nothing about the appetizers enticed us to order a main entree. My friend order an Old Fashioned drink & he was so dissatisfied that he barely finished it. I expected a lot more from Shula’s but it felt like they just couldn’t bother with providing a quality meal experience.
