   Of all the restaurants we have ever eaten in, this our favourite and undoubtedly the best. Calum and Sammie have managed to create the most fabulous place - it has great ambience, incredible food and the most wonderful and attentive staff. We should say of course, that without the best chefs in Cheshire (the UK?), none of this would be possible! If you haven't tried Shrub, you absolutely need to! Thank you to Calum, Sammie and the amazing team at Shrub for all the super meals - and the most amazing birthday party I could have wished for!

   4 of us went to Shrub today as one of our friends is vegan. We were initially sceptical about how good a meat/fish/dairy free meal could be, but all of us non-vegans were blown away by the quality and variety of food on offer. Well done Shrub. We've been completely converted and will definitely be returning - probably with other non-vegan friends.

   As a meat eater myself I’ll admit I’d be a bit apprehensive to try this place but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Everything was absolutely delicious and we left feeling completely satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

   Went for a birthday treat, was greeted with a happy birthday for my guest, warm and welcoming even though we were 5 minutes late. Food was outstanding and beautiful, well presented and looked delicious on arrival. Being a fellow chef in the same industry i will be recommended to everyone I know.
