Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

Fried chicken was moist and perfectly done. We always order deviled eggs and yummy cheddar chive biscuits. Can’t get enough of them.

Have eaten at Showroom/Family Meal several times and always enjoyed it. However, this visit wasn’t quite on a par with previous experiences. The service was extremely slow. Perhaps they were short staffed because of the July 4th holiday. We also felt the fried chicken, a classic dish and a family favorite tasted off. It was like the breading recipe was different - bland, and not nearly what we expected. Again maybe the regular chef was off for the holiday. If so, hopefully they will be back soon!

Absolutely delicious food. Nice flavorful twists on traditional food you know and love. Very creative menu. And hey, you can't go wrong with all day brunch!

The fish and meatloaf were completely unseasoned. The fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and Reuben were quite good. Service was excellent!

food is mid compared to the price point, it is probably the reason why it was almost empty on a Friday afternoon. I could easily eat a much better meal snd drink with the amount of the bill at a chain restaurant, would expect that in a author's restaurant. Server was great
