   The mimosas were extremely delicious. The food was a bit hit or miss. My dining companion's salad with shrimp was good but the omelet was pretty bland and the home fries were forgettable. Perhaps the brunch options are not the best options. Try for yourself.

   We’ve tried this place multiple times. Today we ordered the duck fat fries, chicken dinner, and chicken sandwich. The duck fat fries tasted old. The chicken sandwich was fatty. The chicken dinner was the best out of the three items we ordered. The service here is okay; sometimes it takes awhile to come back to your table. Overall, I will try again, but living in Frederick, there’s many other better options.

   Interesting menu and the cheddar and chive biscuits were great. The chicken and waffles was uninspired, bathroom was dirtiest, and it was noisy inside.

   The food is always amazing. I was apprehensive to order the Fish n Chips, but I’ve never had it so good! Drinks were amazing. The wait staff is more than helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was top notch and not expected for Frederick. Ya gotta go!!

   The food here is very good, however, I wish there were more choices. Many dishes had hot components to them, for instance “chipotle”, “hot honey”. Most selections do not come with sides, so you must order a side “for the table.” The mashed potatoes were fantastic, but the amount provided is only enough for one big or two regular eaters. Even though they were room temp, the mashed potatoes were still very good and tasty. The service is the issue here. Our server was very friendly, but the meals came out in a disjointed fashion. First the sides, then the entrees a few at a time. Server didn’t come back to check enough for needed extras. The desserts took forever and we had to ask twice for the coffee. Everything tasted really great, though. SO, if you can be patient, this is a place for you. One more thing, the seating is extremely uncomfortable. If you have back or orthopedic issues, you should bring a back pillow, as the chairs do not have low back support and the booths are hard as church pews.

   Very slow service. 35 minutes for dinner to come out of the kitchen. Fried chicken was nothing to write home about. Everything had an old burnt oil taste. Won’t be making a second trip.

    The last two times we’ve been to Showroom, it’s been a massive regret. We used to love coming here but the wait for food has been miserable. Both times it took an hour to get our food. We always make sure to order asap since we have two small hungry kids but the wait is too long. The food, when it finally came out just practically had no flavor. It’s a shame because it’s literally one of my favorite places to go and now my husband says we’re never going back. As an aside, why on earth are the booths SO SMALL. It’s so extremely uncomfortable for two couples to even sit together!

    The Showroom is a fantastic place! Whether you’re going for a date or to eat a casual brunch, the atmosphere is phenomenal and the staff all have great manners. I have been three times now & every time I go I am always impressed by the staff, on top of the fact that the food is delicious as well! The staff are all very knowledgeable of the menu & give great suggestions of what to try on the menu if you’re not sure of what to eat. 10/10 recommend!

    Overall excellent experience. We have been to Showroom a few times in The past and it has never disappointed and is worth the drive from Baltimore. All staff were attentive without being overbearing. The food is excellent and everything we had was both tasty and filling.

    This is a change of pace kind of place with upscale comfort food and an extensive drink menu. Their fried chicken items are wonderful and various sides are available — although portions of these are not terribly large. A brownie sundae is a good dessert for sharing.

    We were very pleased that we were allowed to eat on the patio and that they adjusted the temperature and opened some screens for a bit of air flow. Service was excellent and we didn’t feel rushed to leave. As always the food and drinks were perfect.

    From the outside Showroom did not look spectacular, but once inside it was very inviting, had vibes of a more city atmosphere, service was outstanding! Food was amazing! I came home and told my husband— we have to go for dinner. What a great find.

    My husband and I had a delicious brunch on a Sunday morning. He had huevos rancheros and I had the goat cheese and caramelized onion omelet with potatoes. We also shared an order of the cheddar chive biscuits. Everything was delicious! Cappucino and latte were also perfect. The order of potatoes that came with my omelet was so generous that we could not finish them. We ate on the patio, where it still would have been a little cool, but with the heater going, it was perfect. Our server was excellent and a amanger also stopped by to check on things. Highly recommend.

    Unfortunately, this just wasn't a memorable experience. The food was mediocre, the service and communication from the kitchen were intolerably slow, and the prices for what was served were audacious. I had looked forward to Showroom for a long time and was very underwhelmed.

    Overall, we really enjoyed our supper. We had biscuits and deviled eggs for appetizers and they were great. One of us had mushroom soup and swordfish and both were excellent. Another one of us had the lamb burger, which was tasty. The final person in our group ordered the meatloaf and shared it with one of the other people. Both of the people who ate meatloaf woke at night with slightly upset stomachs. We may have just overeaten, but who knows. Nonetheless, we would return.

    SHOWROOM was once a go to for Frederick as we love supporting our local man, Brian Voltaggio. Not anymore. The last two times I've been there, the food quality seems to have diminished. We had the meatloaf, po boy and the fried chicken and all three were simply dry. If I wanted that level of chicken, a three-piece at KFC would have sufficed. The outer skin of the chicken was hard to bite into and the meat inside was so dry, I ate one piece and took the rest home. My partner's meatloaf, which was supposed to have gravy on it, and yet it was under the meatloaf to where the exposed meat was dense and dry as a bone. This restaurant used to be a staple, but clearly Voltaggio is no longer minding the store as the food quality no longer rates. I'm a long time advocate for him, but now I don't think I'll ever head back here as I've been three times since it became SHOWROOM and I can honestly say it's not a showcase for comfort cuisine. Maybe things will improve, but for now this is off the list.
