Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

    The food here is consistently delicious, you can’t grow wrong with anything. We ordered the fried chicken, Bryan’s burger and the hot chicken sandwich. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly

    Had a great time. This is the first we visited this restaurant as Showroom. We had been to Family Meal several times. Showroom is just as good. We love the fried chicken, the chicken pot pie poppers, and the pimento cheese appetizer.

    We've been here for brunch, and everything was amazing. This was my first time dining here for dinner. I was excited to try the Shrimp & Grits, but the grits were very disappointing. It was very dry and hard. My husband ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. Deviled eggs were okay. Crustless cheesecake was good! If/when we come back, it'll probably just be for brunch.

    When we arrived the table and seats were covered in crumbs of the previous table it was honestly digusting since the tables were brown it was hard to notice them until I sat down and sat all over the oily crumbs and got my hands dirty. I was expecting more from a well rated restaurant and the food was burnt and distasteful. I only enjoyed the potatoes really. The waiter was nice but was very impatient and would check on us constantly if we had decided on the menu when we had just arrived. The view was also of construction so that was disappointing and I would honestly say my experience was pretty disappointing for a restaurant that looked so nice and elegant on the outside.
