It was not my first time at the restaurant, but my first time for breakfast. I have to say the kitchen team did AMAMZING. I had the appam with the chicken curry. The chicken was tender, and the gravynwas flavorful, and lightly spicy. The cocktails are super creative, and super delicious. Everything feom the kitchen ir the bar is "insta-ready".The staff are so welcoming, and remember me from visit to vist- which really is nice, but it's like meeting old friends again. We pick up our conversation where we left off.

The food is good but the place is small and noisy and the service is spotty. You will enjoy the place if you set your expectations based on this. Prices are on the higher side. This restaurant does not compare favorably with other higher end Indian restaurants in the area like Sakoon, Ettan, Amber, Saffron.

Ambiance and service were great.. Our food was good for the most part, but aside from the fenugreek peas entree (which was delicious) I wasn't too impressed. I ordered Butter Chicken and I'm used to chicken chunks but here they come as meatballs and these were a bit dry and flavorless while sauce was too spicy. Never had spicy butter chicken meatballs. My friend had the Chicken Tikka and that was good but nothing too memorable. Our appetizer was paneer on a very spicy sauce but it was really good and I ordered a chili cocktail that was interesting also. Overall a good time with friends with 2/3 good entrees.

Amazing food and ambiance. Very impressed by the new breakfast menu. Finalize someone saw the gap of limited indian breakfast options. They have an item each from different parts of India. The service was great as well. For dinner options, this is the only place with my favorite methi matar malai!!!

The server was impolite when seating us. We almost left the place at that point. The server then seated us at a better location reluctantly (not next to the office in the front that was stinking). The food was good, but the way we were treated at the time of seating left a lot to be desired.

Great ambiance and good food. We had the jackfruit appetizer, both paneer appetizers, both daals, onion kulcha, saag burrata - everything was good. Deserts malai kulfi was good. The rasaisu is so so. They made it really special for the birthday boy with lights and theatrics. Great place to celebrate a birthday!

The food was very good- a little pricey for the small portions. The service was excellent. The room was very cold due to the bad weather, but if they could find a way to heat the restaurant better that would be good.

We had jackfruit dabeli, daal makhani, grilled whole fish, baingain bharta, veg pulao, malai kulfi, heera panna drinks and their Indian twist on old fashioned. They were all good. Naan was so so. Nice ambience.

Our British friends were craving curry and we found Shosha as we were wandering downtown MV. So glad we did! Very tasty, wonderful entertaining presentation, and a good atmosphere all around. Would definitely go there again. Thanks for a great experience!

The option to have mild Indian cuisine is a big plus as my wife is a cancer survivor and her tastes can no longer handle high spice. Ambiance is excellent. You can have a special occasion and feel special. Our guest from London, England loved the restaurant. The food is outstanding. We ordered the Dahi Kabab, Daal Tadka, Saag Burrata, Meen Moilee, Garlic Naan, Basmati rice and Exotic Mix Veg Jalfrezi. We all loved every minute at Shosha! The spicy dishes are outstanding.

Great food. The service was awesome. Our server was very attentive and ready to answer questions, suggest dishes and more. Reminded me of how dining should be (in the new world where sometimes I can order from app, pay from app and not even meet a single person through the whole dining experience) Really good ambience. The mock tails were really good (Recommend Khatta Meetha one). The only issue was that the 2 person table is slightly small so there was a slight chance of something falling. But we managed and had a lovely evening. Overall very happy.

Shosha has great food but it is not fine dining. It’s loud and tables are so cramped. The menu is well curated. I would definitely go back for a casual meal but not for special occasions.
