   Brilliant service even though we were running 20 mins late staff and manager were nothing but helpful food was amazing the girl Rachel who served me and my partner was great a credit to the company definitely be back

   Usually a nice place to dine as my wife and I have been a few times. This time however the service was really slow . Nearly an hour between starter and main course. Could have accepted that as it was very busy but some of the food arrived cold and the fish was just about edible . Weren't asked how our food was and when we told one of the staff they just took cleared the table . Not blaming this person as they seemed very inexperienced . Overall a bad experience and considering the price of food , totally unacceptable

   Went here for Mothers Day Excellent menu on offer at a very good price Lovely setting right beside the beach Staff very pleasant and helpful Shoreline a perfect place to dine

   Food was delicious. Service was fast at first, but slowed down a bit after the rush. It was a bit noisy, but expected on a Sunday on Paddy's day weekend

   This hotel has turned a corner in recent times. The food is wonderful and the service superb. Occasionally the bar is grossly understaffed, which is entirely the fault of management, but otherwise it's all good!

    I booked the brunch by the beach for 12pm on a Sunday however when we arrived they told us that they did not have this option available and that we would need to order from their Christmas menus. All items on this were very dinner orientated and this was not something that we wanted or were able for at this time of the day. There was no compromise offered. We appreciate that this was not the servers fault however due to poor management. Very disappointing as this is somewhere we regularly go. Will reconsider returning.
