   Overpriced for quality and food Average food. Service slow. Advertise 5:00 but really open at 5:30

   The whole experience was just off. They did not have any beers we ordered. They just kept bringing us all different things nothing we asked for. The food took forever and came out cold. They did comp the bill and took the drinks off. But there are so many choices to go to dinner of the island. I would stay clear of this place. The server was lovely and it was not her fault. Poor management really!

   The food was exemplary. The service was horrible. Food did not come out in the right order, my wife was left without an entrée while mine was delivered and sat getting cold, the white staff was completely inattentive on taking our drink order and delivering them timely. Overall, it was an abysmal showing for a nice hotel. They did, however, acknowledge that their service was terrible and provided a generous discount on the bill. Perhaps it was just a bad night, but it was surprising .

   Food was delicious. Seated quickly& had a reservation. Service was slow but friendly staff.

   The food was overcooked, didn’t have the sauce- we had to request the sauce that was supposed to be served in the dish. The rolls were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. I had to wait a long time for iced tea. This restaurant doesn’t match all the other restaurants at the resort. Terrible

   You’d be better off ordering pizza or going out to a real restaurant. This is the cruise ship buffet food that you only eat because it’s free and you’re on vacation. The buffet won’t even have all the items listed—just skip this and eat the Pop Tarts still in your carryon.

   We booked for the NYE buffet and the selections were terrible. They ran out of beef and the seafood was poor quality. We ended up going downstairs to the cafe to eat chicken tenders since we were still hungry

    We went for the surf and turf night… DONT WASTE YOU MONEY!! The crab legs were not good the meat was unrecognizable. The lemongrass lobster tail was mush, a literal PASTE!!! The prime rib was RAW! And I like my meat very RARE BUT THIS WAS RAW! The shrimp cocktail, bread and soup were excellent!.
