I don’t mind paying a reservation fee when I’m informed about it upfront. What’s unpleasant is not being told beforehand, then arriving to face a long line, being treated poorly, and still having to pay an unexpected fee. The service was also quite limited. On such a busy night, they assigned someone completely new and untrained to our table. And while I understand it’s not the person’s fault — it’s really about the lack of proper training — it’s still a bit disappointing.

We waited awhile for service after sitting down (15 minutes) but it was busy so I understand. When the food came everything in the order was incorrect, when I let the server know they were very kind and said they would fix it. She then returned to the table with one of the food items saying the kitchen said it was correct. I had ordered a wrap with honey garlic sauce, which I have had at several different Shoeless locations many times over the past few years. It was spicy, so i let her know unless the recipe has changed something was wrong because it has never been spicy before and I didn't want to eat it. She then took it back again and it came out again correct. We came to watch the game and the TVs kept turning off throughout our time which was also annoying because parts of the game were missed. I understand things happen but it seems like a lot went wrong on this trip.

Our bar tender was fantastic! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I ordered a Caesar salad with my wings at an extra cost and did not receive it and did not even notice until we left the venue.

It is the perfect venue to watch the Leafs game. We thoroughly enjoyed our cost corner right in front of the big screen

Our two families booked for a Leafs playoff game and the excellent service made up for the sad loss in game 6. We couldn't believe it wasn't busier. We had precocious kids with us who required extra attention and made a bit of a mess and the servers were totally charming with them and gracious. Comfy seating, good vibes. A really messy chicken sandwich lost points on the food and everything in the world is too expensive which is why I'm only giving 4s in those categories. But for a fun night out to enjoy some sports with a crowd, this was a great spot. Will be back.

We came to the stockyards location for my son’s 15th birthday get together with his friends. We all had a great time and the food was delicious. The guys serving our table were incredible. We are very happy with the service
