When I reserve it asks high table or not, I choose not, but they ALWAYS try to sit us at a high table. Waitress had to be called back because she only took orders from 4/5 of us. Refills were rarely offered. My friend ordered a beef quesadilla but was given chicken. This is usually our favourite spot (even though I was called and harassed for being a no show 5 hours before my reservation the first time…no apologies, nothing offered for treating me this way). This visit was very sub par.

Thanks for the feedback, and apologies for the experience, Amanda. We have gone through your previous reservations and for some reason we are not receiving the low table request on our end when the reservation is made. We would never knowingly go out of our way to ignore a special request. We are reviewing the OpenTable booking process to ensure this does not happen again. We are looking into the specifics of your previous visit as well regarding the service. I'll be in contact by phone shortly.

Had a great experience! Went to watch a hockey game, our server was amazing, quick and went above and beyond! Food was good! Atmosphere was great!

Unfortunately every beverage i asked for they were out of (switching brands) so that was a bit frustrating, but our server was excellent and they did deal with it as best they could. Food was good, and was hot

We had burger and Philly steak sandwich. Both were excellent. Food arrived quickly. We had Caesar and Sangria Fresca to drink. Both were excellent. Server was pleasant and attentive.

Everything was great other that there were a couple flies that were hovering around us the entire time we were there. Service and food were really good. It’s too bad that these flies wanted to join our group.

We had a wonderful time at Shoeless Joe’s Sports Grill in Hamilton! The atmosphere was lively but never too overwhelming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal while catching a game on the big screens. We started with drinks—a cold draught Canadian beer and a refreshing mojito. Both were spot-on and exactly what we needed to kick off the evening. For dinner, we ordered a steak with waffle fries, and it was fantastic! The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor—while the waffle fries were crisp and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall great experience. Whether you’re here to watch sports or just looking for a laid-back evening with good food and drinks, Shoeless Joe’s is a spot we’d definitely come back to. Highly recommended!
