   Great food and great service. Hotpot course was great for group! It was rainy cold night.. too bad we had to seat right by the door.

   Good selection of Shochu and staff has great recommendations! Food is tasty and authentic, except for the beef tongue stew which is on the sour side. The manager assured us that the stew is fresh, but since we’re not used to the taste and left the plate almost untouched, he didn’t charge us for the item. Will definitely return.

   Quiet small casual place in midtown. Surprise the place is half empty for the night. Variety of Shocyu and good tapas is good for girls night out and go out with co-workers from work.

   The food was really bad. Thrown together quickly with no typical Japanese care and artistry. My suggestion would be to hire a new chef and go back to the basics. Also overpriced for the quality.

   Went out for a dinner date with my wife. We chose Monday night because their website stated that Monday's there would be live music. Unfortunately, their piano needs repair. Everything else about the place was great; food, service, ambiance, and timing were on point. They are courteous and welcoming. I recommend this place and would definitely return. Let's help them get that piano repaired!

   Staff are almost always nice and friendly making the place cozy. One thing to mention is that the oysters did not taste good to me.

   The food was really good as were the cocktails. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars was that several dishes in the menu were not being served.
