   I had suuuper high hopes for this place because I LOVED going to Mayfair in Vegas. I am really sad to say it was just ok. Service was great, vibes were good in that it is beautifully decorated, but we had listed on the reservation that we had wanted to sit in the main dining room (where the singer is, and kind of the whole point of the place) reminded them at check in, and they were "unable" to accommodate us. Sooooo we just sat in the restaurant part...which is ok, but we came for the EXPERIENCE...so for me it missed a huge mark. Pricey for what the portions are, and we have so many other great steak places in town, that I would rather spend that kind of money at Maple and Ash, but was ok to do it for the experience. I would encourage anyone to grab a drink at the main bar, so you can get the experience, but I can't say that anything wowed us.

   Had an amazing experience at Shiv Supper Club in Scottsdale! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all spot on. Huge shoutout to our server Eric and bartender Keilan—both were fantastic and made the night even better. Highly recommend checking this place out!

   SHIV will exceed your expectations! Started with Salina making us Keto Espresso martinis ( per our request) then off to our table where Serenity attended to our every need during our meal and our 31st wedding anniversary!

   We had dinner here last night to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, we should have listened to the other reviews and choose another restaurant. My signature cocktail was good but it was served in a champaigne glass & not even half full. My husband had the Martini & Benefits which was very good. We started with the Crab Rangoon Cigars, which paired perfect with the pineapple sweet & sour sauce and the Shrimp Bolognese which did not have a single shrimp in the dish. For main course, my husband had the filet which was a very nice cut. I had the duck confit which was dissapointing. The meat fell off the bone but the skin was not crispy. It was like the meat had been simmered all day long in a sauce. For sides we had the muchrooms, brussel sprouts and the corn & crab brulee. The corn was creamy but there was definitly no jumbo crab meat in the dish, not even small pieces of crab. The brussel sprouts were over cooked and mushy. The mushrooms were bland. I like that they do not use seed oils but cooking most dishes in tallow made the meal very rich & heavy. We were too full for dessert so my husband opted for an espresso martini, which was very tasty. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and all the wait staff were very friendly. The band seemed like they had not been playing together for long. They had to read the lyrics from their phones. There appreared to be several contractors there, maybe working on the sound system. I know it was a Tuesday night, but the restaurant was less than half full. Disappointing because the supper club vibe is normally a great dining experience. Hopefully, they can make some changes.

   This venue is the best venue in Scottsdale. Also greatly needed parameters (dress code) for Old Town.

   Server Chloe was exceptional. A few highlights were the cocktails, shareable apps & steaks (though cooked perfectly I didn’t care for the smoked salt on top). The live music was pretty quiet during our dinner, and we sat directly in front of the musicians. Overall a good experience, would recommend

   Great atmosphere and cocktails! But the food really disappointed. Oysters were ok, but the shrimp bolognese was underwhelming in presentation and flavor (couldn't taste or see any shrimp). The Scallop and Bisque was not presented well (almost no garnish) and the scallops were poorly cooked well. The corn and crab brulee was excellent! The band was great but the music very hard to hear and muted even off to the side up close. The decor and vibe overall is amazing. But for a Scottsdale-based fine dining experience it was overpriced and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the food but wish I could. The rest of the place would be amazing!

   The Shiv has created an absolutely exciting environment for great food, entertainment, and special times. The music is fantastic!!!

    What a great experience . The carpaccio was to die for . We had steak , salad , and some great drinks. Our server Juan went above and beyond and I cannot wait to go back. Thanks again for the great experience .
