We are ecstatic to open a state of the art open kitchen, serving the two dishes we recklessly love and cannot live without...noodles and sushi! Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality, as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch, in-house. This includes soups, tare (sauces), toppings, and last but not least, fresh crafted noodles. We hope to see you soon as we serve you our favorite foods.     Amazing restaurant featuring high quality sushi and house made noodles. The sushi bar chefs are fun and informative and the servers are knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of the roe/caviar and uni on the sushi dishes really stood out. The hot tea with roasted rice was also very good!

    Our first experience with this restaurant was on Valentines Day when they were so overrun with people it was impossible to tell how good it really was (not there fault). Luckily, we came back 5 weeks later and had a great meal. The sushi in particular was quite good and the sushi chefs very engaging and skilled. The chefs special roll really shined as did the negiri. Highly recommend it!

    We went for Valentine’s Day! The meal was great and though they were very busy the service was great. Drinks, small plates and main courses were all fantastic. I paid with a gift card and the checkout process was super easy. We’ll definitely be back!

    We sat at the sushi counter which was really fun. I loved the open kitchen and getting to watch the food being made. We got a roll, two nigiri, and the ribeye ramen with added fire bomb which were all very good. Would come again!
