   Fabulous food, service and authenticity. Loved the music and the fact that it wasn't noisy and music not loud!!! Will go again for sure!!!

   Excellent food, large servings, a good drinks menu, quick friendly service, and good value for money. It was very busy before 8pm, but then it was quiet.

   Came here for my birthday meal, can’t fault the service however the food was not nice. We waited 50 minutes for the food to come and the restaurant wasn’t busy. When the food came the meat was very dry and had a taste like it had just been sat on the side for a while or overcooked. Ate the majority of it purely because we were hungry and didn’t want to waste food Not great

   The meateranian platter and mezze platter were great value and delicious. We had too much for three people. The lamb cutlets were so good!

   Having eaten at both their locations over several years our experience was always excellent. Since moving to new premises the ambience is certainly outstanding. Most disappointing was the service or more accurately the total lack of it. A dramatic decline in what has been usually great service. From slow drinks service, forgetting water and asking 3 x, food was prompt then waiting 30 minutes to have plates cleared is not in keeping with the standard of restaurant. The food this time round was hit and miss. While 2 plates were consistent with normal the 3rd plate of lamb was very disappointing and 3 pieces could not be eaten, burnt and poor quality meat. Did make this information known to staff who simply said they were down on staff. Appeared to have many staff on, just not well co-ordinated.

   Been dining at SHIRAZ since it opened. Consistently good food and friendly service. A great family friendly restaurant . A nice varied cocktail list.

    We went on a Sunday night and had plenty of wait staff to ourselves which made the service outstanding. We ordered a platter for two with the tastiest chicken, lamb, and juicy big prawns! Plus, who knew you could make rice so interesting. Even the side salad was delightful. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. It's definitely going to be our local 'go-to' from now on!
