We had reservations for my son’s birthday and it was so incredibly special and the food was outstanding not including the chef he was so great! The food was the best I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was so inviting and warm and my entire family was able to sit together and eat together we were incredibly blessed. Thank you so much!

Definite 5🌟 rating for our Chef & Waitress! This also includes other unseen staffers that contributed to the successful & entertaining dinner! May I recommend: 1) that the Owner(s) upgrade both the Exterior & Interior of the restaurant..much needed. 2) "reduce", not eliminate, the amount of soy sauce, salt & butter while cooking the food. Two members of our party had difficulty enjoying the flavor of everything.

Food was just ok. Service was just ok, chef, not funny at all. Barely spoke. Then they added a 18% gratuity when they never came to check on us. We had to constantly flag them down for more water or hot tea. They would all stand together near the podium or the from desk and talk. We had a birthday and the staff acted like they didn't know, but the chef sang happy birthday as soon as he go to the table. No ask for dessert or anything. Won't be back.

My two friends accompanied me for my Birthday Celebration and ALL OF US were Very Happy with the Service, The Chef and MOST OF ALL, THE DELICIOUS FOOD!! Disappointed with: -noted the event was for a birthday when reservations was made, but no one acknowledged it during/after dinner. -although reservations were made, of 3 stations, we were seated with strangers; one ahead of us had only 2 people and another after us had 4 in their party (same as us). -we were only a total of 4 people, yet gratuity were already included bill.

Have been coming here for the last 15 years or so. The experience is worth the trip alone, food is amazing. Cooks are funny, always with the puns. Steak/shrimp combo you cannot go wrong, the garlic fried rice is up there as one my favorites. Highly recommend Shirasoni!

Felt rushed… ordered appetizers and they came at the same time as our soup/salad. Need to allow more time to enjoy drinks, apps so on. Too much garlic in the rice.

Not busy. We ordered entrees with extra vegetables. Steak was cooked perfectly. Shrimp was also cooked perfectly. Vegetables and fried rice were excellent and plentiful. Prices have gone up, but quality has remained very high making it still a good value. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back again.

It was disappointing to find out about a mandatory gratuity add on after you’ve dined. After having a below average chef make our food knowing and watching other tables cook be very engaging and interactive. The experience could have been better, but was not.

Love it! Didn’t like that we felt rushed to leave the table in 30 minutes. Also, we have to use the handicap parking space at the south end of the building & we always get blocked in by other customers cars. There should be no parking allowed along the fence/wall

If you have 4 or more people just be aware they hit you with gratitude. Tipping is a must but we tipped our cook and then we’re hit with a 40 dollar gratitude. We ended up spending 52 dollars on tips on a 100 dollar meal.
