The price was ridiculous for kids meals and even adults. I wasnt impressed.

We enjoyed our dinner very much. From the surprise bandannas for our boys to the great service and food, we were pleasantly surprised. I admit I was a little worried about the platter approach to dinner, but in the end found it to all be very delicious and plentiful.

Suggestions: expand the alcoholic drink menu, it was pretty limited. Offer non-dairy dessert options or non-dairy alternatives to ice cream.

Remind kitchen staff that they are visible to the public. I saw an employee open a tub of dressing with a 9 inch knife (not appropriate for the job) and then it appeared she nicked her finger and kept working.

Finally, our breakfast the next day was outstanding, best value of any resort we've been to. Our server Jackie was the best employee with interacted with during our visit. If you reward staff for compliments received, she should receive an award.

The food was surprisingly good—it far exceeded our expectations. They are carefully distancing tables now, too.

Absolutely love themed restaurants! Beautifully done down to the tableware and plates! The BBQ platter was the best we experienced on our 2 week Florida trip! So far it was our favorite out of 5 different BBQ restaurants! The ribs and brisket were melt in your mouth! We were afraid it was going to be overpriced and just ehh.. it was so good and worth the price, especially after we learned it was family style AND all you can eat!

Every night we had amazing wait staff. They were friendly and patient and really wanted to ensure my family was having a fantastic time. I wish Disney World restaurant staff were this friendly.

Had a reservation for 4 people and the table was only set for 3. Had to ask for another plate, she never brought silverware. There was lipstick on my coffee cup and when asked for a new one she only brought a new cup and expected me to pour my coffee into the new cup rather than pour me a fresh one. No ketchup, food wasn’t great. We ended up leaving and going over to the LEGO hotel for breakfast. Leona completely took care of us even though they had already closed. She got us hot coffee and fresh food. She changed our entire morning.

The food was wonderful. We ate dinner and breakfast twice during our stay.

Great value and great food. The selection is amazing. Comparable to whispering canyon at Disney, but a much better value and the food is even a tad bit better.

Staff here is awesome and cares. Erica and Kimberly were both really great. Additionally the food was so good we came two nights in a row. Great care was taken in covid19 prevention with staff following all requirements perfectly.

Over it was good. Food good, music was loud, decor was very cool. Could tell they were working out the kinks.

Waitress forget to bring ketchup, honey, syrup or fruit for your order and wait for a long time to provided them. Either she forgot or she just ignore it until asking for it again. Other than that, the food were good.

The only issue we had was the reservation system. We arrived for our 7:30pm reservation and waited until 8pm for seating. It was chaotic and crowded in the lobby.

We had breakfast here and it was awesome. The staff was very attentive and the food was yummy, not to mention included with our stay at the resort.

Shipwreck is the best restaurant in the LEGOLAND Hotel. Food was amazing and it’s served family style. Salad, bread - with cinnamon butter! Main platter has so many items, that it will please everyone in your party and it comes with so many side items. Make sure you are hungry! There is desert that comes with your meal and it’s delicious! We had an amazing waitress as well and she made sure we were happy the entire time. From start to finish it was a great experience! I would eat there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I could! Hands down favorite restaurant on the property.

My wife and I dined at Shipwreck Restaurant and we were both genuinely pleased with our experience! The ambiance was fantastic, and so was the food. To me, the music was a little loud, but bearable. We also waited slightly longer than we expected to be waited on after being seated, but the place was also fairly full.
Overall we had an amazing experience at Shipwreck and hope to be back soon!

The food was excellent and depending on which platter you get, you have a lot to choose from. There are lots of different varieties of food, so if you didn't like one thing you can choose another. No complaints.

What a feast! The food was DELICIOUS! We could not believe it was all-you-can-eat. We'll definitely be returning with more friends and family!
