Love this place! We always go there pre or post visiting the Dendy cinema. Food and service is always great.

Japanese restaurant that specialises in ramen. Sashimi but no sushi or dumplings or teriyaki food. Not what we expected from a Japanese restaurant but very popular.

Loved their ramen selection. We tried the scallop miso butter ramen, gyokai, classic, and the black tonkotsu ramen. Underwhelming housemade apple tea, maybe 80% ice

The server that sat us and served us for the night was absolutely lovely, explained the menu, popular items, recommendations and also vege/vegan alternatives. Super friendly vibe, good food, all for an affordable price. 2 meals and 2 cocktails all for $80. Lovely environment and extremely friendly staff

Shinmachi is an excellent Japanese restaurant offering v. good value for money. Food is exceptionally fresh and beautifully prepared, a good mix of small dishes, Ramen and rice/curry bowls. Really buzzy vibe and friendly service with reasonable prices, we’ll be back!

Great place! We went there to celebrate a birthday and had an amazing time. The food is delicious (great vegan options), and all the staff are super friendly!! Will def come back and we highly recommended!!
