Experience the best of Shimogamo with our Omakase menu, which means “leave it up to you”. Our expert staff will curate a menu, tailored to your preferences and dietary restrictions. Please note that this is NOT a customly created chef's tasting course, but rather a compilation of our existing menu and specials of the day. Designed for sharing, this menu is perfect for groups of two or more and requires a minimum of two guests. To ensure availability, reservations are required. The Omakase menu is priced per person and excludes tax and gratuity. Beverages are not included in the course but can be added at an additional cost. Please allow approximately two hours for a party of two, and three hours or more for larger groups.

Discover the Omakase Sushi Course— a 14-course dining experience inspired by traditional sushi kaiseki, hand-crafted by our head sushi chef. The course begins with seasonal starters and appetizers, followed by a progression of single piece nigiri and maki, each thoughtfully selected from the market and served to elevate the flavors of the fish. Available exclusively at Shimogamo Gilbert every Wednesday and Thursday. Due to the nature of the course, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or substitutions.
