   Very attentive and polite service. All our meals were delicious. Great range of drinks - the sake tester is a terrific idea.

   The service wasn't orderly (no proper systematic approach to customer service). We book a table and opted to seat outside. Upon seating, the waiter didn't give us menu for a while. No water served. Hard to get their attention so we went in and get the menus ourselves. Nobody check on us if we were ready to order. Again, hard to grab their attention. Took them quite a while to serve a pot of tea. They seemed to forget about my cold soba noodle order... It came as last dish..I had to eat it by itself coz the side dish were pretty much nearly finish. As mentioned, they don't seem to have a systematic approach when it comes to serving customer. Otherwise the food is not bad. The cold soba was enjoyable.

   This is one of my favourite places to have dinner in Melbourne. Great ambience, food, and service - they are always so lovely. Lots of options to accomodate people with dietary requirements.

   Amazing experience for someone with coeliacs disease, delicious food thats not limited to choice, so glad i visited on my holiday, if there was one in perth id be there so often

   Although we have dined here a number of time this particular experience did not show the cafe at its best. Perhaps an off day but I found our meals ( presentation, quality, temperature) were not up to the usual standard. Very disappointing as we had taken friends there due to our previous great experiences.

   The food is delicious and the soba noodle is excellent. The servings are good size. It gets very noisy though when the restaurant is full.
