The service was poor for a restaurant that holds itself out as a high end restaurant. We ordered a few fronts and they all came to the table long after main courses were already served. When we complained about this they said that is how its served in a REAL Chinese restaurant and we should have told them when the appetizers should come. The food was good but we wont come back until we hear better things about service

Went with a group of 8 all first timers to ShiangMi and would absolutely go back. Staff was excellent, prices are resonable and food was yummy. Nice time.

Outstanding meal. We had 8 of us. The large round table with lazy susan was perfect for conversation and passing dishes to share. Incredible value.

Absolutely excellent. The service, quality of ingredients and cooking technique, excellent. Only sorry I hadn't tried it sooner!

The quality of food has deteriorated. Stomach upset the next day. The seafood is not fresh. A lo tofu compared to seafood. The scallops are stale

Elegant room with excellent service. Interesting menu with some unique choices. Our dishes were very good including the steamed fish with chili sauce.

The restaurant is about as authentic Chinese I’ve had in Michigan. Excellent.

We were quite disappointed. The restaurant itself seems run down with a misfit of furniture in what was an elegant setting at one time. Our first dish, egg drop soup, was cold and appeared to be scrambled eggs in chicken bouillon. It was served for 2 in a medium size bowl with a tablespoon for us to serve ourselves. When I complained the server who was nice seemed inexperienced and didn’t understand why this was a problem. Our second dish beef broccoli was good. Overall, very mediocre and not comparable to higher quality Chinese restaurants in the area.
