   It was empty when we went Saturday at 7pm. The food was fine but wasn’t the best seafood I have ever had.

   At an hour and a half, we still had not received our food. We were being given no explanation. We had received drinks and an appetizer, but after an hour they stopped checking on us completely. When we asked at an hour and 15 minutes, they brought out the bibs and bucket as if the food was coming. But another 15 minutes went by and nothing. When we asked, they then brought out the kids' food but not any of the adult's seafood. I overheard them talking not too far away about what we ordered and clearly did not have it ready to go. They started bringing out the sides but still had not entrees ready. We refused it at that point and said we would pay for what they had brought to that point but didn't want to wait any longer for the food. The place was literally dead. There may have been a max of three other tables there the whole time we were there. It is clear they are riding out the remainder of the lease and then will shut down. There is no effort to save what appears to be a location that did not work. We will absolutely not go back. Our bill would have been easily $300 - $400 but instead we paid $80 for the drinks and appetizers we had received, and still gave a 5% tip since we did not know who's fault it was (though the waiter who started off really nice and helpful seemed to just avoid us at the end - maybe it was his fault and he was embarrassed - not sure). Overall, a terrible experience. We left and went to have dinner elsewhere.

   Fun time before going to the movies. Attentive service while enjoying our oysters and coconut shrimp.

   The boiled lobster was sooooo juicy, succulent even; a lot better than most broils I’ve had. With that said, EVERYTHING is Market Price and the boil “combos” are just cobbled together market price items with names, no discount. Great service, great ambiance but now that I’ve been, I see why it was empty at Friday dinner, pricing was a bit more expensive than most others, less seafood choice for boils, fewer boil flavors, and they DO NOT offer half pound crab legs on any of the crab, only full pound orders. The stuffed tater tots and lobster was really good though.

   The live music made conversation almost impossible. Food and service are always top-notch.

   Service was tremendously slow and there were only 3 tables occupied.
