As always, incredible & attentive service that wasn’t intrusive. The music was eclectic but the volume was just right-we could hear it & still have a conversation. Delicious food.

Food was ok. Service was friendly but slow (we waited about 15 minutes for our first beer). Place was so loud we could barely hear each other and you couldn't even hear the music they were playing. The location is beautiful but we were so far back in the restaurant we might as well have been at Whitespot, despite reserving 24 hours ahead of time and asking for a nice table with a view of the lake. Also requested a romantic table and we were placed as close to the bathrooms as possible. Nice! I'm sure they have good food here, but I don't think we'll ever go back to find out. Really disappointed. 2/10

I had Gathers Day brunch. I had the fish and chips 1 small portion of cod was good but a bit small. Fries and coleslaw were good. We sat outside and faced the lake. Great view and ambience. Lovely flower boxes on the patio. Friendly and efficient waitresses. Overall a great experience.

It’s too bad the food and service were both subpar because the patio and location was beautiful. We had the bbq platter and the “brisket” was smoked ham. The seafood chowder had very little flavour. Our dishes sat for a very long time and one server took over for the first girl and was yelling at the patio doors, asking what tables were hers. Not very professional. I’d like to come back for the patio but unfortunately won’t be making the trip. Also every single table in the Lounge was dirty as well as the bar top when I got up to use the washroom, and it wasn’t particularly busy

It was a perfect summer evening on the lake and Shaunessy’s was fantastic on the patio! We had friends in from Edmonton and they were properly impressed with the food, incredible service and amazing ambience!!
