Stopped in with a group of colleagues on a whim. It’s been a long time since I was wowed by dining in Las Vegas but WOW! It was a great place to share a lot of different items. The sushi was remarkable with a little Bobby Flay spicy twist. We can’t stop talking about the octopus, fried chicken and grilled corn. It was outstanding!
The food was very good but small portions. Service was excellent.
We enjoyed our dinner before the Doobie Brothers show. The tacos were especially memorable, as was the roasted corn in coconut milk. We will be back.
The food was amazing! The staff was very courteous and attentive. Beautiful restaurant... wonderful experience!!
If not for the fact it is located adjacent to the pool area, and the music from the pool area is way too loud (that is actually a Palms problem) I would have given it five star across the board. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was fantastic. Served Tapas style everyone had a chance to sample many dishes. The variance of flavors and textures was extraordinary. I love Bobby Flay's restaurants and this one is now my favorite. the only thing that could top it is if Bobby was there in person! Need to meet him someday, just to thank him for some of the best meals I have ever had.
We went tonight for our anniversary dinner. Excellent food and service! Timothy was extremely attentive and accommodated us with all of our questions and needs. We ordered the crevice, salmon sashimi, rock shrimp roll, scallops, and crispy rice with chorizo, and the yam cheesecake. Price was reasonable for a fine dining place, and the food was delicious 😋! Highly recommended and would definitely revisit again!!
I really enjoyed the food and feel of Shark. Fine dining but with a more casual feel. The service was suburb and our waiter was knowledgeable, polite and his recommendations were on point. All dishes are meant to be shared for the most part. The grilled octopus, tuna tartare and black squid noodles are to die for. It is an explosion of flavors in your mouth. A little savory, a little spicy, and little bit of acid to bring it all together. Perfect combination of food and garnishes with each dish. I just wanted more and more. The Pisco Sour was delicious and smooth. For dessert, we had the Tres Leches and it was moist and not very sweet, which was perfect. I would definitely come back to try more items. Bobby Flay does not disappoint in his new restaurant.
Everything we ordered was delicious. Well worth the cab ride over to the Palms off the strip.
The food was outstanding. The crispy rice with chorizo, the lobster tacos, and the crispy fried chicken. It will be hard to try other things because we were blown away by those. Also, the Pisco Sour and Old Fashioned were top notch
Our waiter was exceptional, his recommendations were spot on and his food knowledge precise he made our experience the best!
Fabulous new concept from Bobby Flay. Clearly some of the best seafood ever. The house made hot sauce is to die for! All was excellent! Plan to go back over and over!
The food was delicious!!! The fish was super fresh. I would recommend it again and again!
No particular bright or dull spots. Not overly memorable, but also nothing disappointing to note. Service was prompt, food was fine.
Food excellent, service not. We had read service was not up to par, but assumed it was because restaurant only opened April 1. But it’s September and restaurant service should meet food quality for price point!
From beginning to end, this was a fabulous meal. Our server, Hector, knew the menu inside and out and made great recommendations. I wish I remembered his serving helper’s name as he was all smiles and super friendly and attentive. Starting with the yellowtail ceviche (I wanted to drink the sauce) to the tenderloin tacos... rice and beans, scallops and the purple yam cheesecake (maybe the best dessert I’ve had in years), we were not disappointed and only sad that we couldn’t fit more food in. Really, really outstanding.
Excellent food and atmosphere but portions are extremely small. Spent $200 and left hungry!!
Quite possibly one of my new favorite Vegas spots & certainly my best meal I've had in a long time. We had a small business dinner and all of us were blown away by the flavors in each dish. Our waiter was delightful and extremely good at what he does. The suggestions he made were great & much appreciated. Having been in the restaurant industry so long, I need to give kudos to not only the server but also the busser/backwaiter, the bartender went above and beyond and it was refreshing to see the manager so attentive to tables and helping out as well. Some of our favorites were tuna, scallops, salmon, octopus, cod and lobster. Thank you to everyone for doing such a tremendous job!!
Great food and service, but too quiet.
I will return! Every dish we ordered was unbelievably delicious. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
We were very excited to try this new Bobby Flay restaurant since we really enjoy Bobby Flay's Mesa restaurant. We were unfortunately disappointed by the inconsistency of the food and service. We were a party of 8 and ordered a lot of the sushi rolls, ceviche and sashimi. Overall the food was fresh and tasted very good. We had to send back the black cod because it wasn't cooked properly and couldn't be cut with a knife....fish is suppose to flake especially black cod. In addition, they were out of the halibut and soft shell crab that were listed on the menu. We ordered a chorizo rice and they brought us the chorizo tacos instead so we sent them back and got the rice. We rarely send back food but needed to twice in one evening because of their errors. There are so many great restaurants in Las Vegas, so we won't be returning to Shark. Sorry Bobby.
Food and service was wonderful, everything you expect from a Bobby Flay restaurant.
It is outrageously good. The guacamole was even great. How do they get cauliflower to taste so good. Oh my gosh my mind is blown.
The food was delicious, sophisticated ambiance and great service!
The food was fine but not what you’d expect from a restaurant with Bobby Flay’s name on. The servers were nice but they never put our order in so we finally had to ask where it was and they then rushed it out. The problem wasn’t that they forgot to put in the order but that they weren’t checking in with us. Anyway, there are way to many great restaurants in Vegas to go here. It’s just okay.
Tender octopus, a new tangerine take on yellowtail collar, and the tastiest crispy rice. I loved every bite.
Great food, atmosphere and staff! We were a party of nine and everyone agreed that everything was just perfect. All of the food was served timely and correct.
Everything was wonderful except for the churros for dessert. They weren’t fully cooked but the portion was generous. We will dine there again.
They Forgot birthday
Best food we’ve had in Vegas!!!!
We especially enjoyed the Black Cod and the Scallops.
Great food and great service
Tables too close together though
Still recommend however
Best grilled octopus I've ever Every thing else was soooo..flavored packed and good. Our server was knowledgable and very helpful in his recommendations. All servers were professional and helpful. Will definitely go back.
Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the salmon, octopus, and passion fruit cheesecake
Absolutely amazing food. Service was fantastic and the server was very knowledgeable with the food ingredients and preparation. Definitely will go again.
Came to see lady antebellum.
Start to finish..... fantastic. Brett, best waiter ever. Helped us choose food to our taste.
Server was very knowledgeable, helpful, perfect blend of friendly and professional. Superb job by the staff all the way around. Food was timely, tables kept clean and never needed so much as a spoon or a water refill. Food was amazing. Melt in your mouth delicious!
We went to Shark for the first time because of all the hype and talk about how great it is and because of Bobby Flay's reputation. We were disappointed. The service was very good and the atmosphere was also nice; but the food for the price was not worth it. We had the salmon sashimi, blue fin ceviche, and sushi. We also had the beef tacos. The Japanese based food was good but we've had Japanese food at other places that was as good or better at less cost. That food did not seem worth it. However, the tacos were excellent. That makes sense because that type of food is in Flay's wheelhouse. I think they were worth the money. The drinks were good and also reasonable. We recommend that if you go, you stay with the dishes that are more Southwestern in nature rather than the Japanese food.
It was my first tine to this wonderful spot! Service was the best! And loved all the dishes we tried. Perfect timing on delivery of courses. Will definitely visit again!
