Our waiter was so great, super helpful, gave great recommendations on food, drinks, and events going on.
Not the best, bartender was rude, food portion size was dumb, little to no ambiance, pricy, flavors were good. Shark is over priced for what you get even if it is Flay.
Went here for a birthday dinner and everything was wonderful. Every single thing We ordered was delicious and we will definitely return.
We were sat earlier than our reservation, which is always great. First time at Shark, long time fan of Chef Flay! Extremely knowledgeable service staff and very attentive! We will definitely be coming back!!
We really enjoyed our dining experience. Great food and service. Of course the plates are on the smaller side, but fairly priced considering the experience and location.
The flavors were exquisite. The grilled corn appetizer is otherworldly and the crispy rice awesome as well. We also had the tempura shrimp roll that was mouth watering. I realize I am being grand in my compliments, but the food really is over the top. We are going to Mesa tonight!!
This is an experience. Expensive tapas like arrangement? But the experience the staff has in steering you in the right direction is well worth it! Start w the tacos (any of them) and go from there!
Great food. Great service. Very knowledgeable wait staff.
Good tasting food but way overpriced, even for a near strip restaurant. Server and overall service were excellent.
Amazing food and service. You need to check out Shark- you won’t be disappointed!
Rather disappointing. Small plates were expensive for what you got. Entrees are limited. We ordered the Bartlett cocktail, and it was very good, however. Service was okay, but while I noted on my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, there was no mention of it at all--nothing. In fact, so much so that I forgot we were celebrating a birthday until I saw a waiter bring another table a small dessert with a candle in it. We had already paid the check and were finishing our cocktails, so there was not really an opportunity to say anything, but I did feel kind of slighted. It seems they do not really pay attention to the Open Table reservation. We will not return.
Food was amazing. Had the tempura shrimp roll, the black squid noodles, lobster tacos and a lobster/squid salad that was one of their specials. Food was amazing. A little pricey, but it’s the strip. Will be definitely going back.
It was just ok
We loved it here. Smaller portions. Great flavors. We will be back
Best restaurant I have been too In a long time. Our server (Julie) was awesome and her recommendations were superb
I sent my food back and got 2 slices and ate them in the line for Mystere. My friends did enjoy their meals but also felt it was too pricey for what was provided, saying it was nothing special. This location was previously called Lucky Buddha and what the resort did was just slap a celebrity chefs’ name on it. No change or update in decor. We went on Christmas Eve and there was not a decoration to be found in this place, or linens on the old tables. Go to Chica at the Venetian instead.
The squid ink pasta was excellent. I'd skip the scallops, the black pepper overpowered them. Service was top notch.
Our server was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was outstanding and we can’t wait to return!
Bobby Flay did it again, but with new twists on taste profiles and portions that are just a little-bit bigger than Mesa. We chose a weird holiday time, so it was more empty and quiet than normal, but the service was impeccable. My favorite part was after ordering a number of dishes to share, the staff brought them to the table in a curated order, building the flavors up as we went! Items to not miss: The tacos (lobster and tuna) as well as the Yellowtail ceviche. All in all, a great spot with really good food.
Came for a birthday dinner. Everything was amazing. All the food was better than described on the menu. Our server was awesome, she knowledgeable about the entire menu and attentive throughout the meal. Octopus and corn were phenomenal.
Family style ordering. Servers help maintain consistent delivery of food so that you work your way through your meal. All excellent choices.
The food was fantastic but what else do you expect from Flay?
Good menu could have been better if they put shark on the menu :-( even as an appetizer it would have made it unique. The restaurant was nice and ambiance was good. I would go back if it were the only seafood restaurant in Vegas, but since it is not, I probably won't be back for awhile. Pricing and portions were all great. Drinks were good also.
The octopus with gooseberries is a magnificent combination!!
Awesome food between the sushi and Latin inspired dishes
We smelled the food right upon entering and immediately got excited. The food was beyond great! Complex and interesting flavors. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Very relaxing dining atmosphere. What I loved the most was that the entire staff worked together to make the best experience for the guests.
Great place. Portions are small, but this allows to sample more than one item.
Food and Service outstanding. Definitely looking forward to going back
Great service and amazing food
Fantastic Asian fusion to all dishes. The crispy rice and fried chicken is 5 stars.
The food was superb .The scallops were some of the best we ever had..The entire Take on seafood with a Latin twist was outstanding. The service was excellent
I was thrilled to try Bobby Flay’s new restaurant and my expectations were exceeded. Mike, our server, was so friendly and an expert on the menu. I have a severe shellfish allergy and Mike said I would be taken care and not to fear. Some dishes are smaller portions meant to be shared like tapas. We enjoyed delicious salmon sashimi, tuna tartare and tuna ceviche, tacos with homemade tortillas, crispy rice with chorizo, and perfectly clean and simple swordfish. All dishes were perfectly seasoned and just the right spice and bursting with the signature B. Flay flavor! My wine selection of Pinot Noir was absolutely the best glass I’ve ever had! And as full as we were we just had to dig into the decadent coconut churros with chocolate sauce! Everything from service to food was perfection! We will definitely be returning!!
We wanted something different and got it at Shark. Everything was excellent and the service was outstanding. I haven't eaten at a restaurant like this in Vegas before. Great change of pace.
Food was delicious—flavors on point!—and service was terrific. Interesting menu, and good wine list.
One of the most amazing restaurants I've been to. Anyone can cook a great steak, but perfecting fish, that's talent. Bravo to Bobby Flay for his amazing menu and creations!
Great recommendations. Loved everything we tried. Will be back
As a self proclaimed, food snob, I can assure you this fabulous establishment will NOT disappoint.
Simply outstanding all the way around - ambiance, service, and food. Octopus was awesome!!!
We loved it . The server was knowledgeable about the food and cocktails. Every dish was soooo fresh, great flavors and neat presentation. All the staff was friendly too.
