Scallops were amazing!!
Amazing food and top notch service. A must go! The octopus and the ceviche were exceptional! Go with the server recommendations. They are well trained and have tasted all the food.
Outstanding dinner! Recommend Tuna tartar, crispy rice with chorizo, and halibut.
The food was okay. The grilled octopus was the best dish we had. We shared the octopus, the scallops which didn’t have a lot of flavor but were perfectly cooked. The squid in pasta, again not a lot of flavor. Tried the chicken, which had tons of flavor, with the grilled corn side, also good flavor. I expected more from a Bobby Flay restaurant.
The food was incredible, no surprise there! The service could have been a little better. We requested to look at the drinks menu a second time and we were not brought the menu until we asked again. A plate was taken without asking if we were finished. Just small things that would have made the experience a 5/5. Overall a great restaurant and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
The food at Shark was amazing. My son and I love seafood and Shark did not disappoint. The Blue Fin tuna ceviche was so good, as well as the lobster tacos. My son had sushi and said it was wonderful. I wish I was closer to this restaurant. AMAZING.
Overall excellent experience with a romantic setting and wonderful food.
In true Bobby Flay fashion this is a home run restaurant concept. I haven't had seafood dishes this well composed in a long time.
Very nice people working there, great food. My new favorite place to eat in las Vegas
We enjoyed the evening, yet, truly it was not close to what we had expected for our first visit. I have been a true follower of Bobby’s for years and this one is far from his earlier concepts. Guess he’s just outgrown his successes and is stepping too much “Out of the Box”. Maybe he should remember to dance with the girl you brought?
The ambience is sort of cheap diner, and the food was underwhelming. Frankly I was shocked that this place has Flay's name associated with it. Been to Mesa grill many times and had much better experience.
We were happy with everything we ordered! Started with Blue Tuna ceviche which was delicious and had some good heat. Next came the squid ink pasta with romesco sauce and crab and we wished we ordered two of these because it was just gone. The halibut, fried chicken lobster tacos and crispy rice with chorizo came out at once. Halibut was perfectly flaky, chicken had a great combination of sweet and savory along with a little heat, had lobster claw meat in the tacos which was awesome and we could've eaten the crispy rice all day. It was the perfect amount of food for two because of the tapas style. Lastly, got the churros and paired it with the vanilla macadamia nut ice cream. One had churro, the other had a spoon. Would absolutely go back!
The food was very, very good and the presentation was excellent.
Food was excellent. Our server tried to rush our dinner, even though we said he wanted to take it slow
Brought my 14 year old son after the movie at the Palms. What an incredible meal and something we both loved. Service and Atmosphere were fantastic. Food came out quick and I loved the tapas style. We tried 5 different items (tacos were over the top) and both munched on a little of everything. Best corn I have ever had and it seemed like we had 5 different folks waiting on our table.
SOLID performance for Shark. I was NOT expecting what we ended up with and we will be back, a Lot!
Went to Shark for a business dinner. We all thought it was outstanding!!! The tapas sharing style really added to our experience and was nicely interactive. The good was beyond my expectations - especially the tuna with crispy rice and the octopus. Great service too. I’ll be back!
Second visit. This time was even better than the first. Top notch service and the food is amazing. Best octopus I’ve ever had.
First time at Shark...lived up to expectations!!!
Excellent food and service.
Octopus was outstanding.
Everything was excellent. The blue fin tuna roll and ceviche were wonderful! Definitely a place to return
We had a great time food was good just over all a great time love Bobby
Our waiter was so great, super helpful, gave great recommendations on food, drinks, and events going on.
The fried chicken, crushed avocado and tenderloin tacos were one of the best meals ever!
Not the best, bartender was rude, food portion size was dumb, little to no ambiance, pricy, flavors were good. Shark is over priced for what you get even if it is Flay.
Went here for a birthday dinner and everything was wonderful. Every single thing We ordered was delicious and we will definitely return.
We were sat earlier than our reservation, which is always great. First time at Shark, long time fan of Chef Flay! Extremely knowledgeable service staff and very attentive! We will definitely be coming back!!
We really enjoyed our dining experience. Great food and service. Of course the plates are on the smaller side, but fairly priced considering the experience and location.
The flavors were exquisite. The grilled corn appetizer is otherworldly and the crispy rice awesome as well. We also had the tempura shrimp roll that was mouth watering. I realize I am being grand in my compliments, but the food really is over the top. We are going to Mesa tonight!!
This is an experience. Expensive tapas like arrangement? But the experience the staff has in steering you in the right direction is well worth it! Start w the tacos (any of them) and go from there!
Great food. Great service. Very knowledgeable wait staff.
Good tasting food but way overpriced, even for a near strip restaurant. Server and overall service were excellent.
Amazing food and service. You need to check out Shark- you won’t be disappointed!
Rather disappointing. Small plates were expensive for what you got. Entrees are limited. We ordered the Bartlett cocktail, and it was very good, however. Service was okay, but while I noted on my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, there was no mention of it at all--nothing. In fact, so much so that I forgot we were celebrating a birthday until I saw a waiter bring another table a small dessert with a candle in it. We had already paid the check and were finishing our cocktails, so there was not really an opportunity to say anything, but I did feel kind of slighted. It seems they do not really pay attention to the Open Table reservation. We will not return.
Food was amazing. Had the tempura shrimp roll, the black squid noodles, lobster tacos and a lobster/squid salad that was one of their specials. Food was amazing. A little pricey, but it’s the strip. Will be definitely going back.
It was just ok
We loved it here. Smaller portions. Great flavors. We will be back
Best restaurant I have been too In a long time. Our server (Julie) was awesome and her recommendations were superb
I sent my food back and got 2 slices and ate them in the line for Mystere. My friends did enjoy their meals but also felt it was too pricey for what was provided, saying it was nothing special. This location was previously called Lucky Buddha and what the resort did was just slap a celebrity chefs’ name on it. No change or update in decor. We went on Christmas Eve and there was not a decoration to be found in this place, or linens on the old tables. Go to Chica at the Venetian instead.
