Shaking Crab - Upper West Side was established in April 2017. Located right down the street from Columbia University, this location includes lunch on weekends and dinner every day.

Due to limited space reservations can only be held for 15 minutes so please show up on time. Parties of 5+ please call the restaurant to inquire about making a reservation. Book now reservations go fast, we look forward to Shakin' with yall!

Our goal is to spread the love of buttery, garlicky, spicy shellfish throughout New York, New England and beyond. You have an opportunity to experience our crab boil where seafood is served up piping hot in a bag smothered in buttery garlicky cajun seasonings. We shake up all the flavorful sauces and serve it to you with gloves, tools and a bib!

Largest party will take is Six, provide 15 minutes grace period for all party member to arrive and obtain their reservation. After 15 minutes,if whole party has not arrived to the reservation it will be automatically canceled. Party of six or more will have a 20% service charge to their bill. Accept reservations ONLY through OpenTable. Same day RESERVATIONS: Before 11AM.
