I would never recommend this place to anyone poor service no one ever came to check on us waitress very unprofessional never asked us what we wanted for drinks I had to ask her are you going to take our drink order after she took our food order.

Took a couple friends out for dinner. I had been here a few times before. Told them they would like the place and not to wear anything too good as we would get messy. The food was very good as in the past. Our waiter was really good and took care of us. We interacted with the table next to us during our dinner. Will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

Came in an hour and a half after opening. The floors, seats, tables were all soaking wet. I was sliding on the floor trying to walk. Food was pretty good for the price. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

It was ok this time. Place was dead but everyone was so frantic who worked there. They also have ONLY ONE MENU for the entire restaurant. You’re basically required to scan a QR code at your table. And the ONE paper menu is wrinkled up and filthy. Just a failure. Food is good.

This restaurant is a hidden gem if you like shellfish. There are many different types of crabs available that you don’t see in a lot of seafood restaurants around. The restaurant was not busy at the time we went. The waitress was very good and pleasant. Prepare to be a bit messy as you are shelling your crab. We will be adding this restaurant to our list.

The food and service were good. However i disliked that the adults seafood and meals were all served before the simple kids meals came out. The children were waiting for their food while the adults were probably already eating for 20 minutes

This was our first time come to Shaking Crab. We came here as we found this is one of the few places that have Alaskan King Crab legs. We were celebrating my husband birthday and this is what he wanted. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Definitely a place we will come back to.

I’ve been to the Quincy location handfuls of times so I was super excited when they opened a location closer to me. I’m glad I was able to show my family one of my favorite restaurants. Usually get the boils with the envie or gulf sauce. Pro tip any left over sauce ask to bring it home. I usually make pasta then toss it with veggies and the left over sauce.

Customer service was not good at all. Staff with attitudes and poor delivery of information and lack of professionalism( I.e. drinking on the job) Made the complete experience unenjoyable. Don’t waste your time go to a different location or try a different franchise.

We chose the best night to go to Shaking Crab because there was no one there! Our waitress was great and made sure that we had everything we needed and if there was something that was missing, she fixed it or had the kitchen fix it. The price for four people was reasonable and everyone enjoyed their food!
