    For the quality and taste, the food here was overpriced. Only thing that was good from what we ordered was the Salmon and the pork chop. Mac & Cheese lacked taste and flavor, would nit recommend eating here, many other restaurant choices in Sedona.

    The only complaint was my husband ordered a salad and he got Two Romaine Stalks he had to cut up. I know that is probably a presentation thing but we thought it was ridiculous what we had to pay for the salad and he had to cut up the lettuce. Everything else was very nice. The bartender even looked up a drink for me that they have in the East but apparently not in the west, He did a great job, it was very good.

    I know the Hilton is a dog friendly place. I am a dog lover. However, I do not feel that a dog should be sitting in a restaurant chair pushed up to the table. We were sitting inside in their dining room and could not believe our eyes. Do not eat here - very unsanitary.

    Very disappointing. We ordered a charcuterie board for 4. They gave us a small plate, 3 cheese, 3 pepperoni, and 3 pieces of another meat. 2 slices of toast. There are 4 of us. It cost $30. I asked for more bread and they charged $4.00 per extra piece. My kids Ordered chocolate cake. I asked for ice cream. Charged $4.00 extra for each for ice cream that they out 1/4 of a scoop in the container they give you ketchup in. We spent a lot of money staying at the hotel and ordering food. Never again.

    The filet was perfectly prepared. Received personal attention from the chef and the manager. Might have been my servers early part of her career as she struggled some. I had a fire pit to myself and was treated just as importantly as a group of 4 or more.

    We sat inside due to heat; The dining room is cute with comfy chairs, but the (empty) breakfast buffet along one wall. The menu is limited & includes beer and wine by the glass; and they also provide a wine list by the bottle separately, which I’m not used to. Service was professional, but sparse - a 2nd glass of wine wasn’t an option. Everyone was happy with their entrees (salmon, Mac & chz, chicken mole); sodas were served in Starbucks cups (odd). Maybe a manager quickly walked by to see how everything was going. Too expensive for service level rec’d, altho convenient since we stayed at hotel. Breakfast was on patio, which was lovely - much better service; high prices, but large portions - flies were bountiful.

    Great experience. Food was 4.5 Tried the Salmon and my husband got the coconut shrimp with the sweet sauce which was so delicious! I had a cup of Moscato wine which was tasty. Towards the end we played corn hole with my 7 years old & hung by the fire pit.

    We sat inside in main dining area and it is a bit stuffy and boring. The outside patio looked much more cozy and had live music. Service was slow - it took a while to even get water. My son got a filet that was delicious and my husband got the veggie risotto that was also wonderful. Everything was very pricey.

    Our outside seating area was lovely and quiet compared to inside. Our plates for the tempting appetizer placed in front of us took a long time to deliver. My water glass was empty for too long. They were out of the featured prime rib for Father's Day (we were there at 7pm, and our waitress said by 4:30 they'd run out.)

    Our reservation was at 6:45, we were taken to our table promptly. We went for the Father’s Day special. We did order the prime rib special with 2 ice teas and a Cesar Salad, in addition to the special. Our prime rib arrived promptly. However, it was cold, as was the baked potato and vegetable. When it arrived, I asked where our Cesar Salad was, where our ice teas were, and our wine and beer that were included with the special. They said they were sorry, understaffed, and “had been doing the special for days understaffed”. We also had to ask for salt and pepper. Once our Cesar Salad hadn’t arrived for the 2nd time, I asked that it be removed from the bill. When we received our bill, we were charged $25 for the salad! I once again asked that if be removed from our bill. Dessert was very good. Yet, it still didn’t make up for our cold dinner and lack of service. As a local, I am sad that this happened. I know they could do better than this, but did not.

    We may have been a rare occurrence of low quality. We were seated far out from the servers, felt left alone, our special of the day -Prime Rib Dinner-Was cold, sent back and returned still cold. Staff were not empowered to really deal properly with customer service needs. Had to seek staff out to pay the bill-I could easily have left and no one notice…

    Sadly, the food (charred Caesar salad/braised short ribs w polenta) was mediocre at best and our server who had 3 tables was apparently too busy to fill our waters, offer another beverage, serve our food, and offer dessert... I certainly hope she shared the gratuity with the male servers who stepped up to make our experience more enjoyable. Dinner on June 16th at Shadow Rock, not a pleasant memory, was the worst part of an otherwise delightful birthday getaway.

    Really enjoyed the outdoor seating and personal fire pit on our table. Prickly Pear Margarita was great! Our main dishes were very good too. The ambience of outdoor with slight breeze, fire pits all around, and light music were just outstanding.

    Friends warned us against eating here, but on our last night of our stay we wanted something easy and light. Food- TERRIBLE. Truly. My husband and I ordered a charcuterie board to start with. I truly believe they used leftover cubed cheese from conferences or meetings they had in the hotel. Meats were not fresh. A few blueberries and twisted bread were the only edible parts of the board. Kids ordered off kids menu to just have something. They said it was awful. Again fruit cup was the only edible part of their meal. Service- sweet waitress was attentive and prompt. Value- very very bad. The $6 cheese and meat pack at the airport today was better than the $29 charcuterie board at Shadowrock last night. Kids thought rolling desk chairs were hilarious, so there’s that at least. We ate wonderfully in Sedona. But definitely not here!

    Made a reservation for breakfast. Open table specifically stated you would have a choice of an ala carte menu or buffet. Upon arrival only buffet for $65 each was offered. Food was mediocre for that price. Disappointing to say the least and not worth the price we paid.

    This restaurant is extremely expensive and very unorganized. Not a good experience. There are better restaurants in the close proximity. I would recommend people to eat anywhere, but here.

    26.95 per person for a "breakfast buffet" worse than a low quality continental breakfast that most hotels provide for free. Dry cereal (fruit loops, wheaties, cocoa puffs) but the milk was empty and not restocked the whole time I was there. The "quiche" of chopped onions was awful. Hard, rubbery and at the same time watery (not juicy)... very strange and completely unpalatable. I did not taste any cheese or salt in what little I ate. The fresh fruit was whole oranges, or cubed hard cantaloupe and browned white honeydew. No berries, bananas, apples or any other type of fruit offered. There was a place for berry sauce but I was told they were out. This was at 8:30 and the buffet was supposed to be open until 10. The granola for the yogurt was also out. The walnuts were small crumbs in a bunch of powder. I ate my yogurt plain because the only other option was with thin watery honey. Pancakes were hard and wet from the steam condensation. No waffles or toast offered. No butter but there was whipped cream, and generic cheap syrup. The bacon was thin and soaking in a pan of grease. I was told the sausage links were "okay". The flavor of the potatoes seemed like it would have been good except they were cold and dry inside but wet from condensation outside. It was "all you can eat" but there was nothing worth going back for seconds on. After tax and tip we paid $160 for 4 people (on top of the $500 we already spent on the room) and left quite unsatisfied. Our money would have been better spent elsewhere and I would suggest you do the same.

    We decided to do the igloo experience which was so much fun. Lisa was our server and she was so nice and friendly and treated us as if she had known us for a long time. Highly recommend!!
